Made me wait 15 minutes for a drive through order. Had to go in and inquire about the order ( they were probably slaughtering the chicken to make the order) The manager apologized and gave me large fries . I left the store and went on my way to work and noticed they gave me the wrong sandwich. This is where i draw the line if you're gonna take 15 minutes and still mess up my order that's just incompetents at its best. Went back to the store the manger gave a refund and offered a new sandwich. At this point I was already running late and didn't want to wait for them to slaughter the chicken again so I left without anything. This store is the direct opposite of fast food. Double check your order before you leave. If they tell you to wait in a reserved spot go into the store because most likely they forgot about you.
The guy named Owen charged in 60 cents for the ranch and was not professional dont know how to talk and even he is untrained asking what’s the code for ranch and first told me 40cents then asked some one he told him to charge 60 cents for a ranch I think McDonald’s should take care of there for proper Tranning for this and even I told him I need fresh he told me that’s fresh but it’s not so disappointed with Owen the guy surveyed me
This place needs better and trained staff, they miss something or the other every time I get something from here. First I ordered through Mobile and waited like 25mins at the Curb to get my food. It never showed up and when I went on the Drive through to enquire, they said I ordered to pick up inside store(100% Wrong) and since I was so mad about how long it took, I did not check the food. Went home and realized there are a few missing items. Not cool at all ?
Service is bad. I order around 4:03pm, The Manager on Duty(Curtney) was not able to help me on my order. i was not satisfied with her service. looks like she needs more training and classes as a leader in the restaurant. bad customer service.
This mc donalds is totally depends on the person at delivery window of drive thru. There is no criteria of how much quantity does a large fries to be and some times you meet a person whose attitude with the customer is very dry. Sorry to say. If you want to know i can mention but in private.thankyou.
Every time I go there they forget to either put sandwiches or fries. One time I ordered 7 sandwiches for the family and they only gave me 3. Very bad service. We called the manger and she just said you should it checked yourself. Don’t order from here and if you do check your food.
The manager in this McDonald’s needs to be retrained. No customer service skills at all. Every time we order something from that restaurant if you don’t check your order for sure you’re missing the item they don’t check their order before they handing out to customer it’s so inconvenient. even when we order through other app when you receive your order for sure they’re missing either one items or giving you a wrong item this McDonald’s is very bad customer service it’s better to go little far but choose another McDonald’s this stuff really really need to get retrain because they want to do it fast but they don’t wanna do a proper order wasting time and money
The restaurant itself is not very well maintained for cleanliness. The staff are not very fluential in their customer service and hospitality.There are also a few random strange persons I would say in my opinion that don't make it comfy for your family and self.There is a setting area outdoors and the food is freshly served. Most of the afternoons and evening can be pretty busy. Aswell there is a drive through and waiting areaPretty convenient location if you like to run some grocery errands. Also, the TTC lands you at the McDonald or visa versa.
Sometimes the night staff is really good and sometimes it is a complete mess. Had to wait really long for a simple order. Dont go on fridays, its a complete disaster to get an order.
Had a long day and decided to go through this McDonald's drive-thru to take some food home. My order was simple... Big Mac with extra pickles on the side and a small fry. I repeat my order at the drive-thru speaker and get confirmation to move to the first window to pay.. I get to the first window to pay for my order. Gentleman repeats my order doesn't mention the extra pickles, So I reiterate that and we correct it there. I get to the second final window When she hands me the bag and I check inside, ..of course there's no extra pickles. So I call her back to the window And politely told her it would be my third time asking for pickles. ,so she went to get them. While I'm waiting I look back in the bag again and there's my small fries can't even see anything past the top of the bag level. They gave me an extra small fry. when she came back to give me my pickles I'd asked for a proper small fry ,again, I was polite.. apparently that bothered her judging by her body language as she walked away without saying a word to retrieve another small fry. Passed it to me and shut the window. Wow. Ok.Then I get home to eat my meal and the fries were visibly white, soggy and undercooked. So disappointed in the quality and service at this location. Not my first time there but Will probably be my last as they always disappoint. It's not rocket science. It would be amazing how far little things could go a long way. They need to up their game in customer service and and quality!
