The line up for the drive through at this location is always extremely very long right to the road side. Better to park and go in to order your food. Much quicker!
Staff have no idea what they are doing. They give answers to things they don’t know. Mercedes needs to be removed from the window. Drinks were wrong and did not want to replace them. Staff were laughing and gathering rather than replacing the drinks. Hands down second worst McDonald’s I’ve been to.
This location is big big blot on mankind last night during emergency went there i asked the manager to fill my bottle with water he refused to give just some water wow. If people give you millions of business but you guys cant even understand emergency really and give some water. This is reality of world famous american restaurant. Never go to mcdonald in my life again really break my heart
Place a mobile order and waited in the store for 45 min. Still nothing to be served. I had to leave to pick up my kids so I asked the staff to refund my order. They didnt do it. So I called the shift manager and he said he would do it by 3pm that day. He didn't do the refund. I called headquarters and they said I would get a coupon, they didn't send one. My relationship with McDonalds has come to an end.
Unfortunately had a bad experience here this morning. Indian woman at the drive-thru window was giving the worst attitude when asking a question about breakfast and lunch times, the order was wrong and she refused to correct it, yelled for us to leave and closed the window. The food is really fresh, but the attitude for customer service isn't right. Won't be revisiting.
I ordered 2 apple pies around 1 am on May 1st. When I came home and started to enjoy them, I just found this label! They served me old and cold food…..
Generally if a McDonald's is mildly over mediocre its a win. This one served up a fantastic drive thru meal. Hot and fresh everything, speedy timing and nailed the order specifics. Koodos to the management and team for doing it right. Usually it's a one star review for most McDonald's. Today it's a 5.
After interior Redesign:staff still work VERY hard, though Everyone looks like they are struggling to keep up, and they are. They need at least one more staff member.Drive through:seems to be a little slower than usual, could be adjustment period?WALK IN:the redesign SCREWED UP. They put the “Pick Up” line in front of the door and the Kiosks to the left of the door, So everyone coming in now has no choice but to walk through the crowd to get to the “Order Here” line.McDonalds is typically known for improving service efficiency. But this (specially these days) just seems like a Massive oversight.Please if someone at McDonald’s reads this please pass this along. They have some explaining to do.
The kids that work there are very rude and disrespectful if you don't ask for fresh fries you'll be given lukewarm fries that taste like cardboard and for the last thing they're turning drive-thrus into restaurants and I hate it you will go through the drive-thru and they will tell you to park and 10 minutes later you get your order I mean that defeats the whole purpose of a drive-thru it would be better off I go into a restaurant if I wanted to spend 10 minutes to get a burger and fries and a drink these restaurants need to hire enough staff instead of trying to work the bare minimum to the Bone and then they can't provide the ideal service that they should be all in the name of greed they want to maximize their profits and then offer poor service McDonald's is not known for poor service what these new owners of the franchises are destroying McDonald's reputation! Same thing happening with Tim Hortons half the stuff that's on the menu you can get nowadays they never have it sometimes I drive to three or four Tim Hortons and it's the same thing and no it's not because of the pandemic because this has been happening before the pandemic started it's poor management!
