We ordered three combos with sprites and we got pink sparkling water with black sprinkles. Literally a joke. It was 12am when we got the food. I called and they said to come for a refund. We went and they said it’s against policy to get a refund. It was sooo horrible. I was very disappointed. They said if you want a refund you have to come back next week. Which made no sense. They were very rude the night we ordered the food as well. knowing that they were rude it was my mistake to pay for the food and collect food from them. We should’ve left the moment we ordered our food when they were rude. In the photos below you can clearly see that is not sprite. They didn’t even offer to replace the drinks. McDonald’s do better. If you want good service run over to Tim Hortons. Nicer and faster service. If the food‘s wrong they replace it right away. McDonald’s take notes!!! If there was an option you would get zero stars
After other location let me feel upsets their customer service, This location made me happy again to keep shopping at McDonald's, This location staff helping me how to use the point to redeem the free drinks
Food was the standard McDonalds fare, decent quality for cheap. What I like about this branch is the seating. Inside the block where you order food, they have seats for people here alone, as well as really cute work tables with charging points and focus lighting. In the adjacent block (through a door) you have a larger number of more comfortable table arrangements for groups, this is away from where you order so less noisy and cozier. Other than the dine in experience, there is also a 24hr drivethrough and 24hr delivery/takeout through UberEats. Overall a great fast food joint to have nearby.
Ordered 2 cheeseburgers with "only ketchup". These geniuses gave me cheese-less cheeseburger with ketchup. So a hamburger. In the yellow cheeseburger wrapper. Make it make sense. Dealing with these people is as effective as talking to a cookie.
For the past few months I had stopped visiting McDonald's totally. My experience with the restaurant in Lindsay was terrible, not once, but 4 times. But today I went to this location in Scarborough. I am all praise for the entire crew and the place itself. Very clean, attentive staff, taking care of the special needs and the sandwich made so good that changed my views for McDonald's. But I am going to try the one in Lindsay. Let's see whether it is the same or have they improved. For Markham and 401 McDonald's it is 5 ? .
Just went there tonight around 1145 pm. Ordered quarter pounder meal with coke and got no straw and no napkins. Asked the cashier at the drive through window about the straw and napkins and told everything in the bag. Hit the highway and bam. No straw and no napkins. Super annoying.
I ordered an regular McFlurry Oreo and ask for an extra chocolate fudge. I’m disappointed there is no chocolate fudge on it and the amount of ice cream I got is more than half of the cup. I expected that it will be full because I paid $4 on just that. And I get off my car and went inside and ask nicely to please add extra fudge that I suggested and they say they did and they don’t want to put some, I can see no fudge on it, same texture and the colour of Oreo McFlurry that I always order on a different location. location is bad.Date: Thursday, March 3, 2022Time: 12:50 pm
McDonalds are always best no matter what the location is, they have the great taste always.
Absolutely terrible. Cant keep up with their drive through or their walk in customers and their employees do not understand how to talk respectfully to their customers. Food is mediocre at best and you are always guaranteed a long wait time (which really is your only guarantee at this location)
The service is fast they miss something but they fix it people working here is very nice. Employee working rhere her Name Errola she is always wanting to see that your food is hot and fast if you have a problem Errola is ready to help you. When i am parked with my order most other McDonald's don't wait to check your bag Errola will wait and let you know have a great night and thank me for coming. Just want you know that Errola is doing at great job thank you for her time.
