Service was good. There were two people working in the back (cooking) and one lady at the cashier. We went at a busy (lunch) time. Yet our food was ready within 10 mins. The cashier also served the food to our table and was very nice. First time at this location, but will definitely return. Thank you.
Some say Mary brown’s is the best chicken chain in the GTA so I had to give it a shot.First off, they got my order wrong (I got the closeslaw not the summer salad. The packaging was also kinda poorly put together. The chicken itself was not bad, some fry bites but mostly solid. The breading isn’t as good as some other places. The pieces were also smaller than joints like jolibees. The taters were the star. You could tell they’re made in house.Overall decent.
Friendly staff, clean store, and consistently fresh food! Their fried chicken is not too greasy, and their spicy is actually spicy!
This is the best fast food restaurant in this area, no questions asked. It's a little pricey for fast food, but believe me when I say it's worth every cent. Every time I go here with a friend, we entirely forget about the conversation we were having and can't help but talk about just how good the food is. It's beautifully prepared, and the portions are the perfect size. You leave here full and satisfied, but never so full that it's unpleasant. You will never be dissatisfied with the service either, as every employee I've interacted with here has been kind, and all of my orders have been completed in good time. Overall, an amazing experience that all should partake in.TL;DR: Go eat here now
Andrea was very helpful. Tasty chicken. Restaurant is very clean and spacious. Highly recommended
Mary Brown's is an East Coast classic that has slowly expanded West and I couldn't be happier. I like this location in particular as it's been very clean (even the bathrooms) and excellent cook levels on all the food-- which we've tried a sampling of most of the sides and mains.Their brand rockstar is their taters (seasoned potato wedges) and I've never found its equal! Easiest thing to recommend.Chicken sandwiches and chicken are honestly better than average, but nothing to write home about. We have a lot of homegrown options in Toronto, but if you're bored of fast foot chicken like KFC, Popeye's and Churches; Mary Brown's is probably a breath of fresh air.For quality of product, I'd give Mary Brown's a 4/5-- it's good fast food level dining. I've bumped an extra star on there as their staff seems great and the location stands out from the rest I've been to on the East end of Toronto. If this review helped, please click the thumbs up below!
Best customer service ive had in a long while. The cashier was so polite n precise. I even had to ask her if she was the manager because her service was so amazing! I would def recommend tht branch. I hope the manager see this n commend her on her good job. Much respect!
Extremely good fast food, probably one of my favourite chicken fast food places. If you go inside it's nicely decorated and the staff are extremely nice. The one downside is that the food is extremely messy, lots of sauce always getting everywhere in the wraps and sandwiches, but that doesn't affect the taste, which is pretty good in my books.
I loved it. no place I would rather visit while out of US
Visited this location today for a Big Mary Monday special and the service was quick and friendly and the food came out quite fresh so no complaints and on Mondays the chicken sandwiches are $3.99 so a pretty good value at that price overall. Will return another day to try their chicken and taters ??
