I was today years old when I finally got to try M Cha Bar. So many people have told me it's worth visiting, and hey they weren't wrong. The place is nice and the service is polite. The mango pomelo and roasted oolong teas are very good. The tapioca pearls are one of the best ones I've had. It's extremely QQ and chewy. The only downside is that the prep was a bit slow. I'll come back here for sure.
Went in at 9:30 they were already closed. The girl who worked refused to take my order and locked the door. Not sure why it says to close at 10pm on google but it’s misleading. I went in twice before 10 and it was closed both times. Truly disappointed.
Bad customer service ever. I checked on google they said they close at 10pm and i got there at 9.30pm and people working there said to me " sorry we’re closed ". It's happened twice already. If you guy close earlier maybe you should change the time on google and your store hours! Sign still says open but they are not taking any more orders
We ordered through an app and it took 20 minutes for out order to be accepted. When we showed up in store they told us our order was cancelled because they ran out of ingredients for one of our drinks even though we were already charged. After debating with them, we eventually figured out an alternative drink and watched for another 20 minutes as several other people who ordered after us had their drinks made before ours. Their bubble tea is decent but Im not sure jesus himself could save their customer service.
Many unique drinks that always taste great. A lot of bubble tea places in that plaza but it's definitely one of my favorites.
Love that they have daily specials that change every month. I happed to get the Lemon Hibiscus Tea with Aloe. I got it with 30% sugar which was actually too low because it was very sour. This may be a matter of personal preference but hopefully staff can be trained to let customers know which drinks should be paired with more sugar because of the sourness. Location was clean, staff was friendly and efficient.
Ever since I had M Cha, all the other bbt spots I had started being plain. I’m the one that really into fruits slush with cream foam but don’t enjoy too much sugar. I fingers crossed they will open a location in dt soon (plssssss). Today i had honeydew melon slush and purple rice peach gum yogurt ? I’m sure I’ll come back soon
I have tried their milk tea and salted cream foam slushie couple times, loving it. Normally i ordered 30% or 0% sugar and still delicious. Lots of toppings to choose from, especially peach gum and little pearl. Must try.
I love the drinks and the service is good, one thing I’d like to see changed is to have the menu available before going up to the cashier.
Fruit tea’s the best? It’s so fresh & literally saved me in this hot hot afternoon.
