I love this little gem! Usually use their drive thru but this time around I brought my husband with me and he isn't familiar with the menu so decide to order inside, we were offered a table so decided to dine-in. Dine-in experience was lovely (this being our first time dining out since the pandemic) we were offered tea or water, which was refilled throughout our dining, the dishes were plated nicely and the servers ( we had about 3 of them) were all nice and welcoming. Even though their menu isn't extensive I find it be to a great restaurant!
Me and my family went to this restaurant for dinner. My wife and daughter order there large special pho soup and they notice the waitress wearing gloves that she was using to clean the restaurant with. Instead of taking them off she decided to leave them on. She handle the bowl by touching the inside of the bowl with her dirty gloves. My wife and daughter were totally turn off from this. I ordered something different than them. I would definitely not recommend this place for cleanliness and not using proper safe handling of foods.
Pretty good grilled pork vermicelli, but I don't love the super thing vermicelli that they use.
the servers, victoria, francine, carol, allana were so kinda and amazing. They always asked if I needed anything and they were extremely friendly.
One of the best Vietnamese restaurants out there. I have been going here for many years periodically. Their food is always great and customer service is excellent too.My wife usually eats special Pho bowl while I usually like to eat grilled chicken on rice. This time I tried Beef Stew Noodles. The broth taste was very good. I believe satay beef noodle probably a better option, I will try it next time. Even though Beef Stew Noodles were good but I felt that noodles were a bit less in my bowl. The beef was as big chunks of cooked meat which I loved as I prefer to eat well cooked meat.Last time I had grilled chicken on rice. The chicken was very well made. Portion was good for the price.The staff is very friendly and they truly looked after customers. They checked up on us few times to make sure everything was ok.All the sauces are on the table so you don't have to ask.The place is very clean and well maintained. The washroom are very clean and roomy which is very hard to find these days.I strongly suggest this place for some good Vietnamese food in Scarborough. They even have a take out window in case you want it take out.
☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Okay. We were looking for a place to eat pho. We are usually picky with the presentation and how it taste. But this place deserves a five star. It’s wasn’t busy at all when we arrived there. The staff is very accommodating AND they understand their priorities (what every customer is looking for). During our time, they always kept a tab on us making sure that we have everything we need. I love that one of the staff (I believe she’s new) spoke to us in a manner that is so welcoming and friendly (very down to earth). Staff like “her” brings a vibrant atmosphere to the restaurant.In terms of time management, they are actually very quick to serve maybe because it wasn’t so busy. They didn’t lose track on serving us (common problem in restaurants).Overall, the food quality is tasty but the one I had which was the beef option—it was a little bit difficult to chew. The pricing IS REASONABLE.I recommend you to try this place. If you are trying out pho for the first time without having to deal with rude services this place will serve you just right.
I like it. I went here on a Friday evening for dinner. The restaurant is clean, the staff are attentive and polite. They were enforcing all the COVID protocols. I really liked the hot tea. I ordered the rice mean with Thai chicken curry with fried rice, shrimp tempura, and fried vegetable spring rolls. The food is good. They also offer drive thru. I recommend this place.
Very good pho! And not to mention their General Tao is really good!!
Very reasonable price and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.PS. Hope they should have more Pho choices in the future.
Well. What can I say. I have ordered 3 time's in the last month. 2 of the three orders were incomplete or incorrect. Do I actually have to open the bags and check to see if they are correct before I leave. I SHOULDN'T. During this pandemic this restaurant like all, should be providing the best service to get patrons to spend money at their establishment. Stop crying about lost revenue and provide better service. I will be searching for a new place for this type of cuisine. 1 STAR
