Agreed with other 1 star reviews regarding service even though I did not expect much service since I order to go drinks. I approached the cashier, said hi, placed my order, paid and said thank you. Not a single word came out from that cashier girl.A self service machine will do better if no service is provided from human interaction. Hence the 1 star because I compared with Steelestech location which have nice and friendly staffs.

Usually go around Friday like 8-9pm (sometimes on the weekend late). Love this place, pretty much always get the Strawberry Yogurt Slush. Fast, Polite, and the place is spacious and clean. 10/10

Was being told they ran out of pearls but it would take only few minutes for them to make it…turns out we waited over 20 minutes. And they forgot to give us a straw. Rude staff, do not recommend

I wondered why there was no one in this store. Then i spoke to the staff and found the reason. Really rude staff. No straws given for the drink. When we were about to take straws that guy and the lady shouted 'no you should not take straws'. If they don't want us to take then they should have given by themselves. When we visit real fruit just next to it, either they provide straws or we'll take by ourselves. Tea tastes below average. Real fruit is always the go to place.

Ordered from a third-party app that specializes in clearance items. I thought initially this was selling unclaimed drinks but then I saw people making these before the pick up time. Just so you know not adding sugar or and not giving people the choice of sugar level is a pretty nasty thing to do. It's essentially why people go to stores like yours as it's for the sugar hit. Consistently making awful tasting drinks that are bitter and taste horrid isn't a great approach to keeping customers. Unfortunately I've also gifted the drink Without knowing this was a practice for you, as I've use the app at other Kung Fu Tea locations without having to worry abou having a cup of bitter tea. Last time I visited was around September 17 during the closing shift in case you want to do quality check with your team. I see alot of responses apologizing for poor service or quality but if you're serious about it take action and offer something in return for the poor experience. I've already got my money back from the app but just wanted to let your team know.

Update to previous post. Thank you for reaching out to me. My children really enjoy your products. We hope that the staff member will be more understanding regarding medical exemptions for take out. I will visit again soon.

I got the Magic Cube Milk Tea and it tasted okay. Not bad, not amazing. The tea flavour is average. The place looks very nice. However, the service wasn't great. I went to pick up the drink and the cashier wasn't very friendly nor welcoming. Definitely better service at other bubble tea stores. The drinks are not that cheap compared to other places and the service is worse, so I recommend going elsewhere.

We saw the poster for the egg waffles at Kung Fu Tea and decided to try it. We got the matcha egg waffle with ice cream. There's also original and chocolate egg waffles and the option for additional toppings - red bean & vanilla ice cream and tapioca pearls & vanilla ice cream for +$2 or vanilla ice cream for +$1.50.We typically get egg waffles from Tung Tung Dan Quen King in the heritage area right before the food court of Pacific Mall. Those are the best egg waffles we've had and set the standard. These matcha egg waffles hardly had any matcha flavour and didn't have that distinctive egg waffle taste to them. On a warm autumn morning the ice cream didn't hold up too well on the walk to the car. It had started melting and wasn't that much of an issue until we got to the egg waffle at the bottom and they were all soggy from the melted ice cream. It was unpleasant. I'd recommend eating the ice cream immediately or skipping the ice cream all together.

Another favorite drinks place. Good variety. They have a list of favorite drinks in case of choice indecision.
