Went there with my older brother who has autism and we ordered him 6 chicken tenders. They said it would be about 10 minutes which is already hard to explain to him why we all have our food and he doesn’t but anyway we figured that’s just reality sometimes. After 10 minutes I asked and she said 6 more minutes, and then after 6 minutes I asked and she said I don’t know. She was trying to ignore me asking her again and went to take the next customers order so I said it again and she got super rude and brushed me off said something to the girl in the back and kept ignoring me. Then the girl in the back started talking and said 4 minutes. I was trying to be polite but getting aggravated and explaining to them that my brother doesn’t understand and he’s been waiting for almost 25 minutes now. They weren’t listening to me so my dad went up and she said quote on quote “I don’t know it’s not my problem”. We are not complaining people I’ve never even written a Google review before but they were just beyond rude and inconsiderate. I worked at McDonald’s for 3 years which gets extremely hectic and I had my moments with customers but I would never ever be that blatantly rude and inconsiderate especially when there is someone with a disability involved. You just lost 3 customers who are there often and hopefully more after hearing this.
Worse KFC . The manager is the one cooking . He came to the front because I had an issue and he was not professional. Looks like he is new to Canada don’t know anything I’ll give -0 if that was an option

Cashiers scam customers by adding small purchases to your bill. When I asked for my receipt the girl who works there literally started acting like she does not know where it is. It was right in her hands :) Are you clowns or what? Or think we are all stupid? Food was ok, not bad, but not good
The chicken and tender were so salty and the fries were so cold. Very bad branch so disappointed
They refuse to pick up the phone, so you can't call ahead to order, which is annoying. Also, menu items are significantly more expensive here then at other locations. Do better
I have not been to KFC in a while. This was definitely not the KFC of my childhood. I ordered 6 pieces of chicken and after removing the skin and batter there wasn't even enough chicken to feed my kids. So you will be paying for batter. So I definitely won't be going to KFC again.
Not the best KFC location at all! Fries were soggy and cold and my chicken burger was also cold. Looks like they pre make everything and serve it.
I will not give them any star at all! The food was all rotten. It was probably left over cooked chicken and they kept it in the refrigerator. When I ordered they just heat it and served it. My Lord! Fries and the chicken both smell like those were cooked in left over oil too. This kind of foods from the KFC is not acceptable at all. The dishonesty of the owner or the manager of this location of KFC may kill someone by giving them these kind of rotten foods .
