I ordered zinger combo and asked for extra sauce with fresh patty and fresh fries but I got my combo just in two minutes with refried patty and soggy fries with almost no mayo. Not able to eat that food even. Cooking staff are very lazy to follow instructions.
The worse chicken I have ever tasted in my life. I bought two pieces of chicken. When I eat those they were really old looks like they kept under the heat lamps for ages. Moreover I put mountain due to drink which taste horrible. I end up throwing everything what a waste of money.. ??
What has happened to KFC? It used to be crispy (like Popeye's is now) and it had flavour. What we got was soggy and oil laden with very little taste as if the '11 secret herbs and spices' had been reduced to 3. We also joked about the piece sizes. They should call it KFP (Kentucky Fried Pigeon). Is it just at this location or company wide?
This KFC deceives innocent customers. We ordered 10 PC's of chicken drumsticks and thighs. They squeezed in Wings and mere breaded bones. Disgusting waste of money and time. No honesty no mercy , real cheats
I placed an order at 9:00pm and never receive it. 4 uber drivers went to take my order but they didn't for a reason that I don't understand. It wasn't ubers fault because the order was placed from 9:00pm and they decided to cancel my order from the store 10:25.
I just ordered the new scorcher hot chicken sandwich that suppose to come with a special scorcher sauce and spicy mayo , i recieved the sandwich with neither sauce just chicken and 3 slice or pickle with a spit of mayo . I’m so disappointed. The whole point of the sandwich is the heat , the sauce. Disappointed
I ordered 4 pieces of chicken, fries, a drink and a small salad. I received the driest chicken pieces in my whole entire life, drier than the chicken pieces from Church's Chicken just up the street by Cedarbrae Mall. Not only that but they were also stingy with quantity of fries. It was only around 8 pm so it was nowhere near their closing time when I placed my order but it looked like I was served end of day chicken pieces. I won't be returning back to this location any time soon. YOU HAVE ALL BEEN WARNED!!!
Take out was the freshest and hottest KFC experience we've had in Toronto! Yum!Went for the 2 for $2 offer, which wasn't recognized there because it was only available by ordering online. The KFC site wouldn't work for me!! Still was delicious!
Best recommendation is the Spicy famous chicken ultimate box , and make sure to look for the coupon online because it gives you two identical big fat meals for $15 while in store, one is for $15.
Not good experience with wrong orders, I had to tell a cashier again again, which I didn't even order. Everything was just fine but the biscuits were not fresh, different taste.
