Might open at 11, 11:30 or even 12. Who knows. Went at 11, they said 10 minutes. Went back at 11:30, still wasn't open. Don't bother, waste of time.
Poor service. The manager and staff lie. They do not take responsibility for their errors.Tenders are mostly batter and extremely salty.They no longer count a thigh or a breast as a piece. They cut them in half and call them 2 pcs.
We only go back there because it's close and the service is always great! But nowadays there are so many better fried chickens out there, we only have KFC maybe twice a year.
yes it is bad service like most Fast food places in Scarborough. BUT they made a mistake on my order today and they fixed it when i returned.Pro tip- There is always a long lineup on Tuesday. Go before 5:15 or after 7:30 pm. Look at the menu before since there is only one register. And she handles all the online orders . LOL
This has been the KFC location that I take my family to, and have been for years, but I will NOT be returning after what happened today. I am a healthcare worker and was simply trying to pick up dinner for my kids after a long shift at work today. This evening, I had an absolutely appalling experience with the cashier as well as a member of their kitchen staff. As I was waiting in line, I couldn't believe how unsanitary their staff was being; the same worker that was handing out the food + handling/verifying/returning customers' soiled receipts at the pickup area, was the same worker that was directly handling the chicken and placing it in the fryer, with the SAME PAIR OF GLOVES, not even changing gloves let alone sanitizing his hands!!! I tried to mention to the cashier that this is simply not hygienic and unsafe, especially during a PANDEMIC!!! I quietly mentioned to her that the worker should be changing his gloves and not carelessly dragging his hands around countertops and touching soiled receipts if he is the same one in charge of directly handling/cooking the chicken that is to be served to customers. The cashier at this time, a young girl with glasses, tried to claim that their staff sanitizes surfaces between customers, but I witnessed for myself that this is simply not true as I had been waiting in line for about 10min or so, with 3 customers before me, and did not see this hygiene protocol that she spoke of. Eventually, after arguing with me, she sarcastically mentioned to the worker to change his gloves, and then began whispering and pointing at me and my family member and giggling about what happened with other staff. The worker in question proceeded to give us dirty looks as well. This is simply unacceptable conduct by frontline workers in the FOOD INDUSTRY during a global pandemic. It is not difficult to change your soiled gloves before handling food at a restaurant. STAY AWAY!!! IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET SICK FROM THE CARELESSNESS OF THESE TWO EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why the chicken is half a thigh they are selling scraps of chicken I will never ever buy anything at KFC again I will stick to Popeyes that slackers it not that bad why they can't serve a whole thigh people spending their money for what scraps unfair.
Bad attitude! And the famous chicken burger! It got lots of chicken bones in it! If they hate their job please change your staff! WORST!
Worst service ever my wife went in to order a promo special $ 4.95 two piece meal fries and popcorn chicken with fries there workers clam they never heard of it giving her a hard time when there are commercial on TV and bill boards all over the city and it's on there web site went to another kfc and told them my situation they said that what there doing is wrong and it's a provincial promo
KFC is cutting the chicken tigh in half and the breast. It's not a whole piece. Horrible next time I buy from Popeyes or Chicken N Joy
5 stars to the workers behind the counter that put up with peoples rudeness, lack of manners and zero appreciation. A please and thank you goes a long way. ? Irony alert? you guys missed packing my fries tonight.
