This place is poorly managed they have nobody closing on a Friday closed early for no reason and the "manager" told me she's closes 20 mins before the mal closes what kind of business is run like this ??? Poor habits
We took 14 piece bucket .. we all had diarrhea. The chicken was not cooked and coating was full of salt. Poor food. I have bill with me to prove. We were there around 2 pm.
After waiting for 30 minutes. The chicken was verry oily and smudged in the box I ordered 10 pieces and got all tights on drum one wing I tried calling soo many times no.answer am verry disappointed worst KFC experience ever
Worst service ever. Jackson couldn’t handle the pressure and ran inside. Ppl waiting in the line and nobody is at the counter. That’s what u call customer service???

Today I was there to try the fried chicken. I order 3 picChicken. The chicken was soggy and super oliey. I show to the counter . The guy was very rude. I just give them back. When othere people was watching him he ofer me to take something elas. I took sandwiche it was worst sandwiches I ever eat for sure. And the guy when give me the sandwiche he tell me don't buy chicken ok. This is very rude. You can talk to your customer like that. Today is November 28 . I just tell people I love kfc but this please whice location is Scarborough town centre I will naver go back.
If I could rate this location a zero, trust me I would. I bought a two piece combo, asked for a chicken thigh and breast, the meat was cold, dry, stringy and very salty, the fries were cold and I only received about ten in total, I don’t drink pop, asked for water and was told I would have to pay a dollar extra???never going back there again
Why is it that every time I come here, it's a 15 minute wait for chicken ...... A chicken place that never has any chicken cooked LOOOOL what a joke.Happened like 3 times in a span of a month. Just drive to the Kennedy location....
Worst KFC ever the chicken tastes like rubber and it was not at all crispy. Ordered the 10 piece bucket and the chicken was so dry and uncooked. The fries that came with the bucket also tastes bad. Whats going on here? I want my money back!!!
