I love KFC but this location is terrible. I had to throw out a whole chicken breast because it was completely soggy and pink on the inside. It seemed old and seems liked they forgot to add the 11 herbs and spices.The lady cooking in the back seems like she's just going through the motions. A lot of attitude to her worker in the front. I requested spicy chicken and the lady in the back gave me original peices without asking... I will never go back and recommend you avoid this location.
What is the problem here? We ordered the two-piece fill-up with 2 pieces of chicken, fries, cookie, biscuit and drink. We get home to discover the chicken, biscuit, drink. No cookie. Instead of fries, we received an order of poutine. Poutine! Not ordered, but charged for it. The crazy thing is that the box included three singleittle fries under the scrawny piece of chicken. Do better.
The front staff was a girl who behaved very badly and rude. Had a terrible experience. This girl shouted on me. She called me bad names and gave me some food that I haven’t ordered. She gave me what she wants me to eat. Very bad place.
I might have went at a good time...I never had such fresh chicken from KFC in years. Delicious! ?
Cashier very rude, I don't know if she is the manager, but she acts like the owner to customer. Cook seems nice and helpful. Cashier was coughing alot without mask on, made me feel uncomfortable for a bit. Overall hygiene of store seems fine until cashier using a dirty mop and not washing hands before passing me my bag with food. Would recommend food handler training. I ordered a 4 piece chicken. They’re so small like the size of their chicken wings. Not even freshly cooked. waste of money!
Horrible customer service last Sunday. ZERO STARS! I ordered my food and waited so long that I literally fell asleep hungry. Other people were up in my house and IT NEVER CAME!The next day I spoke to someone at the store about a refund and explanation and they had attitude and hung up! I had to call customer service and all they did was put in a “request for a refund”. I called back the store today, asking for a manager, following up on my money and again was met with attitude. I asked the manager what they would “want as a solution if this happened to them” and they said they “don’t know.” I said “sir I’m looking for some empathy. No one called to cancel the order. You still have my money. That’s not fair.” This horrible excuse for a human said “I don’t have empathy. This is a franchise!” Who says that!?!?! Give me back my money right now KFC. Warning don’t eat here or any other location. They don’t value you, your money or your time.
Tall female cashier is rude, has an attitude and speaks to you condescending voice ( must be the owner family memeber) They cut the dark meat into 3 pieces which is odd, other location keeps it at 2.The skin is the best part, but it was soggy and the meat was a liitle dry. It must have been sitting there way too log. It is not as cripsy as the other location at the Scarborough Town center of Malvern Mall. Sometime it be very busy and their have 2+ drivers onthe weekend so you will have to wait longer in line.I order here all the time, but last weeks encounter will be my last at this location. They have Popeys one minute north (markham and Sheppard) of this location and Mary Browns is only at Midland and Ellesmere
Indira working in the Kitchen was rude, My online order wasn't showing up in their system, even after showing the email I received and showing the correct address, she was giving a bad attitude.She was handling food without gloves as wellI could give Zero stars If I can
I ordered for them on Thanksgiving and I got burn and overlooked chicken and tenders. The gravy had lumps in it and tasted like water and flour with a touch of spices. Contacted store there were no help, had to call customer service to get help.
