We had a rough start at the restaurant where we were seated and no one was assigned to our table to take our order or attend to us. I expressed my disappointment with the service and the manager, who was a super nice gentleman, apologized and got us a server to tend to us immediately, service was amazing after that and they even gave us a 50% discount for our meal which we didn’t task for but extremely appreciated. They also gave us desert to go as a gift for our wedding anniversary. Food was tasty and we managed to enjoy our evening after all. Thank you to the Kelsey’s team for making things right and retaining us as customer. ??♥️
Second time in this place. Food is delicious and just cooked staff is friendly and very devoted. Price was fair and atmosphere was good. I love the food there so far my favourite is spinach cheese dip but I enjoy nachos and quesadillas as well since we always share in between us. This time I tried broccoli soup as well and was really good. Good job guys just keep going in this way great service with delicious food
Very friendly and professional staff, however, the establishment seemed grossly understaffed and disorganized. Went on a busy Thursday night for the wing special. It was a full house of guests and only three waitresses on the floor- so there was an extremely long delay from the moment we placed our order to the receipt of our food. We waited approximately thirty minutes just for appetizers (nachos) and another 30 minutes for the wings. The food was just awful. The nachos were served with store bought tostitos salsa and the guacamole was bland. Seems they forgot to incorporate very basic ingredients into it I.e cilantro, lemon, black pepper and salt. Finally, the worst offender was the wings. They were absolutely overcooked and inedible. Absolutely disappointing. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.
Great atmosphere, every server was friendly and adhering to COVID guidelines. Had their chicken fajitas and ordered their 1/2 pan nachos. They were very generous with the servings and did not cheap out on the cheese like many other places do!!

Ordered for pickup.Online ordering was not working so phone option was utilized.Representative was polite and courteous.Salt & Vinny Fish + brocoli soup were fine. Fries are a definite no no..... they did not taste like freshly made fries.

Great place that wasn't too busy indoors. We ordered apps (deep fried macaroni balls, nachos and spinach dip) and everything was absolutely delicious! Staff is very friendly, service is quick and food tasted amazing!
Had better expectations than what we experienced. The chicken didn’t taste good, also too salty, the sweet potato fries were soggy and very oily. They served appetizer and main dish all together. The Mac and cheese amaze balls were good. Biscuits were okay. Friendly staff but had to wait some time to get our bill. Enough parking space.
Took almost 40 minutes for a spinach dip we thought they forgot us .waitress was so kind but cleay kitchen staff did not help her once it came is was cold. My husband ended up eating my dinner because the alfredo chicken was cold Nd disgusting she boxed it up and it went to the racoons .So dissapointed in this location .we really love Kelsey s but we will not be back to this location unfortunately..
