I always see ppl buying but never went in but today June 18th i went in to eat because i was really hungry. Am very picky also . The price is not bad . The service is excellent. Place is well clean but i will still give 4star because i got mashed potatoes but they put gravy on it thought i was going to get it on the side (not everyone likes gravy on their food( i didnt say anything becausee it was after 9pm) also the chicken have too much filling on the outside which makes the inside uncook it was red on the inside. Not everyone likes their meat like that (i like well done ) maybe lower the heat so the meat can cook on the inside . It was my first time i will go back though.
Got a chicken sandwich and can’t say I was too pleased. The chicken tasted as if it had been sitting for quite a while. The only redeeming factor was the lettuce tomato and jalapeños were fresh.Wouldn’t go back though.
First time at this franchise after hearing that they were a very popular eatery coming from the Philippines. I have to say that my first time experience here was not that good. I ordered a 6 pce meal and surprisingly had to wait for almost 25 minutes to get the food as they were making a big batch of like 60 to 70 pieces of chicken at one time. Everyone was waiting and I felt bad for those who just ordered a 1 pce combo and had to wait so long. As far as the food is concerned , the chicken is crispy but a bit too oily and the skin is covered by a thick layer of flour.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! This happened on April 6, 2022 (evening). The cleaner guy asked me to leave while I was enjoying my meal. He said they close their dining area at 7pm m. No one told me that! That’s so rude and disrepectful. How can you ask someone to leave if that’s person already eating?! And there were around 20 people around me eating their meals at their tables. This person has to be taught manners. Won’t go back to this location AGAIN!!!!
For fried chicken, the spicy flavor is jalapeño type of spicy. It is way too spicy for normal people. The flavor is only on the outside fried chicken skin, and the meat itself has no taste. The skin of the fried chicken is not crispy at all, and is hard to chew. The taste itself is very one dimensional. I will never go back to the chain.
Very disappointed in today’s meal chicken was stale and dry most of the fats from the chicken were not taken out before frying so it was basically skin and fat. And I asked the cashier for a extra cup for drinks for my friend and she said that I should ask the person who gives me the food for an extra cup, when I asked all I had was a small foam cup instead of a regular cup and wasn’t allow to fill anything unless it was from that one refill that was giving when ordering combo. Just totally disappointed
Very poor experience as my first time at this location. I stopped by to treat myself after getting the booster shot. After ordering and a 10 min wait for my chicken sandwich and biting into it I found a large portion of it not cooked at all! For a place that specializes in chicken and taking 10mins to prepare it I'm quite disappointed it wasn't cooked through. I'm not sure now if I'm going to have side effects from the vaccine or salmonella. As of now my stomach is not feeling normal 30mins later.I took the sandwich back to the store and the manager didn't even offer a refund. She only offered to make me another death sandwich. So I had to insist on a refund and I'd leave without food as to avoid being served uncooked chicken again.The store wasn't that busy either. Maybe 5 people in line.Be very wary.
Food came quickly and was hot/warm. Chicken was crispy and the cheese on the spaghetti was nicely melted. For those that commented that the sauce was sweet, that’s how Filipino spaghetti sauce tastes. In terms of service and food quality, I didn’t find anything to complain about.
Taking more orders than they can serve. Making people wait in 2 lines. 1 for order. 1 for pickup. Kinda deceptive just to get the orders in. Be prepared for a long wait!!! Food is ok!
