We ordered chickenjoy with spaghetti to go, but when we got home, there was no chicken included in our order. I've been craving for it for the longest time so when I opened our order and found this I was SO disappointed. Make sure to double check your orders before you leave their premise.
Walked in to order Chicken.. was told i would have to wait 35-45min. Left with no chicken sadly... staff were friendly but seemed to be dealing with chaos behind the counter. Hopefully better luck next time
first time here, I bought 3 drumsticks 2 spicy and 1 regular, I ate the regular first and found out the spicy was too much spice I couldnt enjoy it. I politely asked if I could swap a piece , for a regular one . She gave me two . I love jolibees thank you for not letting me set off fireworks in the toilet tonight . <3
I wanted to give Jollibee another chance. I had a terrible experience at the one at Kennedy Commons so I wanted to see how this location would be. I can't speak to the customer service since it wasn't me who ordered take out. But what I can say is that the quality of their food is poor. I just went to the Doctors and they cautioned me that I was feeling unwell because of eating food from Jollibee. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with any Jollibee franchises in Canada. You're better off flying to the Philippines. The workers there are more respectful over all and I never got sick from Jollibee when I went on vacation to the Philippines. Canadian Jollibee is an absolute joke. Save your money or go else where where you'll be treated with respect and at the very minimum, not get sick from eating food.
Love it always. Food is fresh and chicken is crispy, just the way I like it. Fries seem to get dry and hard if kept for a little bit. Just keep an eye on that. Oh and dont forget the pineapple juice. Icing on the cake

This location of Jollibee is much better than the one at Kennedy commons simply because of how much less people comes here. Most of the time there are hardly any lineup. Perfect for takeout!
Food is good as usual. But this location is poor once it comes to being organized and its not even a busy location like Kennedy Commons. We've ordered here so many times, and most times there's always something wrong with our order or something missing. Trying to get a hold of someone on the phone is impossible as well. You can call this place a bunch of times and they won't answer, consider yourself lucky if they do answer your phone call. I don't get how any of this is possible considering how many people they have working all the time.
Clean and very nice staff. Didn’t have to wait here that long but I don’t know if that’s because I came at a lucky time. Every time I drive past a Jollybees it’s always a long line.
