First time trying this place out. The line up was a bit long; we waited at least 30 minutes. So expect to wait long. We ordered the original and spicy chicken sandwich, fries, spaghetti and pies. The sandwiches were really good, probably the best chicken sandwich you'll ever have - very crunchy and the chicken portion was large. The fries looked like McDonald's, but didn't quite taste like them. Tried the spaghetti with hotdogs, which was okay as it tasted more like canned pasta, so we didn't go crazy for it. We also had the peach mango pies which were the best pies I've had at a fast food restaurant. If the lineup isn't long, I wouldn't mind trying it again.
The wife and I couldn't wait to try this place out hearing how good the fried chicken was and boy oh it didn't disappoint. Super crispy, moist and a perfect kick of heat. This chicken was delicious especially dipping in that savory gravy. We grabbed fries as our side perfect to dip, can't go wrong with shoe string fries a little like MacDonalds. The Peach/Mango pie was amazing and stuffed with Peach and Mango peices crispy outer shell makes for a great little dessert!! If your near a Jollibee do your self a favor and stop in you won't be disappointed.
As most people have reviewed, this place is a hit or miss with the food. Located in part of the Heartland shopping areas( entrance from Boyer Blvd or Mavis Rd) NW corner of Mavis& Britannia Rds is this Jollibee Restaurant. Its no surprise to Filipino People as its quite popular with the community & a few years in the Canadian market.Restaurant is clean, not that busy when i went. They take online orders for Uber Eats/ or internet orders etc. I got the sandwich for only myself& the combos for another person. Sandwich is meaty but not that spicy.Staff is nice & the place spacious. I had a guy named Sir Allan serve me( the supervisor) & he was respectful to me.Overall, not bad for a Filipino Fast Food place. Thank you "po"???.
The store is in a strategic location. Although, the dining area is just too small to accommodate the customers drawn by the famous chicken joy. The place is clean and covid19 sanitization and social distancing rules are being enforced. The online ordering system is a convenient way to avoid the crowd - simply create an account and it can help you save much time staying in a queue. The staff are very accommodating too and courteous.
After driving by this place so many times I finally decided to try it very very good but Jollibee you have to be more creative with your sandwiches chicken and mayo that's it I'm pretty sure a world-renowned fast food restaurant like yours could be more creative. Your peach mango pie was phenomenal could have been a little warmer
I tried contacting this location multiple times yesterday no one answered, I had a big order yesterday in store and we were missing 8 cheese yumburger and a family pack burger steak. We expected we all have the foods ordered in the bag already so we did not bother checking them, as we waited for an hour for that order (which I understand because it was a lot) and we were in a hurry going back to Ottawa. Is there any way we can contact this location and get a refund for those missing items we did not get?
I love their spicy crispy fried chicken, but the sandwich was really so disappointed, compared to other sandwiches stores. The meat is so small and thin, also it is pretty cold. Hope the store can improve in the future.
I always buy in this store and this is my first time eat the feathers in the chicken, which is tooo disgusting ,as we can see the chicken is not clean enough before cooking. I thank I will not go back to this store anymore .
The chicken drumstick is undercooked, so. I went to talked to the manager but she told me that they cook their chicken for 17 minutes and it times. Well, I don’t think it’s not enough temperature. The chicken was raw! Never again.
It was our first time going here and it was REALLY GOOD! My brother heard about it from his friends. We ordered while in the line which in my opinion was efficient we got the chicken sandwiches and one spicy chicken sandwich, with the banana pie(I forgot the name of it). The burger compared to Wendy’s was crispy, the fries were nice and crispy too! It really seemed like everyone working there knew what they were doing. I give jollibee a solid 4/5 because although it’s was really good, the sandwiches didn’t have and thing else other than the chicken itself and mayo(I think), the window was cracked/broken so it was a bit cold. Overall 4/5.
