Heard about this local chain for a while but never had the chance to visit until recently. The space is moderately sized and is good for some quick casual dining, as the food arrived very quickly.I ordered the Szechuan Style Beef Brisket Noodle w/ egg noodles, the Spice level at "Spicy", and Peppercorn level at "less numbing".Even though I haven't had spicy food in a while, I would say that the levels were very manageable and I could still enjoy the flavours of the food. The brisket was also very soft and it was well portioned with the noodles, which had a good texture to them. The staff were a little inattentive when we could have used more water, but I'd certainly be open to coming back and trying more from the menu!

Good quality Noodles with flavourful broth. Pork belly was my favorite.Revisited on June25. I refrain from giving out 5/5 because that's a rookie score. 5/5 means there's no room for improvement. Glad to say Hey Noodles is a perfect score.Pork belly my fave because you get the lean + melt in your mouth fat.Tried the yakult, large serving size. It came out too sweet soi added water and had twice the volume.Noodle refills comes fresh out of the kitchen.Highly recommend.

This place is my favorite noodle shop in Toronto! The broth, the spicy& numbing, the al dente noodles, the meat that's properly braised. What is there not to love?P.S. I posted a 3-star review a few days ago after 2 experiences where the beef brisket wasn't properly braised, but the Hey Noodles team fixed that, kudos to them! Braised pork noodles picture for proof below!

My daughter likes their noodle. The waitress was very friendly. The fried chicken is ok but could be better.

Tasty and flavourful broth, big portion of noodles, the service is good and quick. The only con is their pork belly is a bit hard and needs to be cooked longer. Overall I do recommend this place

Flavourful and spicy Sichuanese - Chonqing Noodles. If dining in unlimited noodles with your noodle bowl. You can customize your type of noodles, the spice level, the numbing level and the different garnishes.

Amazing noodles place. I ordered the beef brisket xiao mian it tastes wonderful. Really good portion with lots of meat and noodles, half an egg, I couldn't finish the whole bowl at one. The beef melted in my mouth, noodle is just right texture. The only thing I didn't like is the broth. I ordered less spicy but it's still way to spicy to me. But overall, highly recommend this place.

Chinese noodles chain with very generous portions of noodles and good amount of customization.

Ok so after reading good reviews about this place, I thought I would give it a shot late night at 11pm! They are open until 4am (midland location) so I ordered the beef brisket noodle soup bowl with beef and pork bone broth and no numbing. The broth came separate and the rest in a bowl. This bowl had peanuts, green onion and cilantro as additions and a half boiled egg. Overall it was not bad, nothing was over seasoned, I asked for spicy but it wasn’t spicy enough for me! The broth was average, no punch to it and the beef brisket there was more skin than meat in it and lots of fatty pieces! And it was way too much noodles for me! Customer service was good, the lady was nice even when I said it was my first time ordering, she wasn’t rude like other places because they had communication problem! But anyways, overall not a bad place, decent setup to dine in and food could be better. If it’s good then it would be worth opening really late! Also covid protocol following well, sanitation stations are there and social distancing followed and employee was wearing mask and gloves!
