Worst experience ever. Never going to this location ever again.Short Filipino lady doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Worst customer service i have ever seen will recommend friends and family not to visit.
Avoid this location if you don’t want to be humiliated literally witness my friend to get humiliated. Hervey’s should take appropriate action about the lady who works there.
Still the best fast food for your money
Placed a large order of 10 burger combos on Uber Eats. All the burgers came grouped in a bag with no labels. We had to open each burger individually to see what was inside. We were missing one combo, gravies and straws. The drinks weren't labelled either. It was such a messy hassle. Will never order from or come here again.

I'm disappointed with the waiting, I ordered from Swiss chalet and Harveys. Swiss chalet gave food after 1.5 hour after a long wait. The boy at the billing counter did a good job managing the crowd and the short lady who worked at the front at Harveys was multitasking all the orders and she packed all orders fast and was sweet, which I'm thankful to her for. Another server who is tall wasn't making any orders, she looked confused and talked rudely to the other customers.Overall, 1st star for the food (tasty), 2nd and 3rd star for the girl and boy at the front.Very rush day..
Waiter and service were good but 2 female employees were arguing in the kitchen area loud enough the whole dinning area could hear. Didn't really expect to hear 2 workers at a restaurant cursing at each other while out to dinner with my 2 small children.

I entered the store on 15th of October at 11:30pm and placed my order with the lady at the counter who was displaying a subtle rude behaviour. She was the only one at the counter. After a while I see my order ready at the kitchen counter where all the orders were piling up. I stood near the counter to collect it. People kept coming in one after another to order or pick up. They were asking her to rush, they literally wanted to leave as she was taking too long and giving everyone attitude. The lady was taking it too too too easy like as if it were her father’s store. She was slow, lazy, packing the burgers at her own pace and was not customer friendly at all. I never reacted just waited for my order and left 12:05am. That’s when I got my order. She absolutely needs to be disciplined.SEE THE PICTURE. That was literally my salad that was waiting at the kitchen counter literally for 25mins. That was how it was kept, with the lid open.
Burgers are tasteless and very low with variety of toppings and such low quantity on burgers. Understaffed. Always have to wait too long. Has happened more than once. Should remember not to go back. Staff are very nice but unfair work since more are needed.Two months later:To date no one has contacted me even though I did what was asked below, which took unnecessary time out of my day. If you don't do what is necessary, you will become obsolete.
