It wasn’t even busy and they served burnt burger meat and looks like they refried the chicken strips. Fries in the poutine and onion rings tasted old. Person on the grill and fryer should look to do something else because they obviously are not good at working a grill and fryer. Best part of the meal was the drinks. Even worse was it was a late dinner and only had time to get fast food on the way home. If I have to go to this location again i will be checking the food before i leave. Don’t mean to be a karen but if you don’t care about serving me trash then I don’t care about calling you out and making sure i get my money’s worth.
Firstly we were stuck in drive they for 18 minutes. Don’t know why they let a car sit at the window that long.Unsurprisingly my food was cold by the time I got it. Onion rings were ice cold and I had to reheat my “burger” in the microwave.Speaking of the “burger”, which was supposed to be a jr bacon cheeseburger, they instead gave me a jr chicken.So basically I waited almost 20 minutes at drivethru for the wrong order…which was cold.And please explain to me why they gave me a straw when they’re putting coffee lids on the drinks. Was trying to put the straw in while driving an then realized what was going on. Lol. None of this made any sense.I haven’t had a Harvey’s burger in years and evidently I still haven’t.
Amazing food and excellent customer service. My order was taken and fast and timely manner with accuracy, workers were very kind.
They treat their customers like a garbage. They do not care about their customer. I ordered one sandwich without tomato’s but got it inside my burger and when I told them they did mistake they did not apologize and told me that’s what I order.Hope, it can close one day or someone tell them to do their job sincerely. The lady manager(supervisor)working at evening is worst.
rude staff. terrible poutine. unprofessional. I’ve never been to a worse fast food spot. I ordered a poutine and half of the poutine had gravy.. what typa madness is that. Terrible. Just terrible.
I could wish give zero star to them .i have ordered 2 order of onion rings and fries ..when i got my order .It was disgusting taste .i felt they don’t change frier oil .when they need to change it.please it’s request you guys should give focus on quality of service/food.Bad experienceThank you..
Worst food, harveys must shut down this franchise or change the staff.This is my second time when I got uncooked food. Fries ? were not perfectly cooked and the burger was burnt from one side. No special instruction was followed.
I've been coming here for years and I will still be coming back but y'all really need to step up . This isn't the first time in the past month where someone made my food look like this . I'm not saying I expect a perfect commercial masterpiece of a hot dog or hamburger but please have some consideration on people's food.
Man this experience I had at harveys a few days ago was phenomenal. Big shoutout to the staff Abdullah & Julie. Never met these people but he made my Harveys order and she took my order. He packaged it swift and nice. Food was delicious too. He works fast and is very kind to customers. These kind employees made conversation with me and asked me how my day was when I had great stress. Both of them reassured me and made my day so much better. They both cheered me up and I really wish I could thank them. Abdullah's made me the tastiest burger too. They both really do deserve those tips! If the manager or owner sees this, please thank Abdullah & Julie for me for making my day better and making a nice burger. 10/10 Harvey's, will come again.
Poutine is terrible. Never coming here again.
