The staff always seems to be in a better mood than me ahah but they do a bang up job at this location. I also think I've only seen the one chef, the man works everyday and slams burgers out. Wish I had more stars for this place.
Food is okay, staff can be more friendly, maybe it's the hot weather?
Guys and girls there are super polite. Service is great and the food is great quality. My partner and I, eat here a lot and always the same excellent experience.
My first time visiting this Harvey’s and eating Harvey’s .The customer service here is great the people who work here have great personalities they smile and have welcoming attitudes, when ordering they're also patient with you when deciding ,very fast service and very clean environment.I would definitely recommend this location to people!
I go out of my way to visit this Harvey's as the customer service here is amazing. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The manager / owners are also great and are very hands-on with operations. The best part about this location is they serve the fresh cut fries (from the Swiss Chalet side) to Harvey's customers instead of those dried out stale tasting frozen fries the other Harvey's locations have. Keep up the great work guys! This location is also extremely clean and inviting, great bathrooms. For the vegans out there this location has a dedicated vegan fryer that has a big sign over it that you can see from the front. ?
Choose this location if you want to wait 15 minutes for your ONE burger to be ready only to be told they haven't even bothered to start making the fries, so you have to wait another 5 minutes for the fries, by which point your finished burger has been sitting around on the counter for 5 minutes. If you want to pay $14 for a disgusting, stone cold burger and undercooked rushed fries, then come here. The grill person looks like he's high on crack and the topping person looks like she hasn't worked a day in fast food in her whole life. What's the point of having a manager who just stands around not helping with food production while 5+ people are waiting for their order at 2:30pm? Is that peak time for you lot?Edit: I couldn't finish the food as it was simply gone cold and soggy by the time I'd started. I specifically drove to the location instead of ordering on a delivery app to get hot food and what a pointless decision that was.
An item was missed in the order and they quickly delivered a replacement. Excellent service! Extremely courteous!
I have always had a great experience at this Harvery's/ Swiss Chalet combo concept, food has never been a problem, hot, fresh and most importantly tasty! Harvey's lately is always trying new menu items, today I I saw some things that I will need to try. I spoke with Claudio the Franchise for Swiss Chalet and he was a pleasure to deal with the parent organization of these brands is massive and he was well informed of the operation. I will be back soon, thank you for making the experience so amazing.
Worst Angus bacon cheese burger ever.... Been going there for years but I may have to change to another location. Just picked up four Angus bacon and cheese burger meals.. The bacon tasted like it was fried in a week old burnt pan. Never in my life did I ever think I'd say something bad about bacon, but Harveys at 3400 Danforth did it.I wonder if Harveys ever clean their grillFollow up: Just got a call from some Harveys manager. First thing is excuses and that the cook was with them for a long time. What a joke, a dirty grill and the excuse is the cook was with them for a long time. The Harveys management/coustomer service is as bad as the old cook using a dirty grill
