Ate here at lunch on Saturday 16th of July, In the 20 years of me living in Canada, I've have never ate at a Harvey's. Last week, my mom ate at this location and was very impressed by the angus burger. I was in the neighborhood doing some business so I decided to come and see what the fuss is about.The staff working at the front was really courteous and friendly. They gave off that aura that makes you feel that they wanted to be there. The burger was pretty good. I feel the size of the patty was pretty generous for the Price. looked like more than half a inch thick. It was my first time there, i accidentally asked for the wrong toppings. so it might have tasted better had i not screwed up. I found out too late and didn't want to bother the staff to change it.The fries here is really good. I ate them plain without ketchup. It was perfectly cooked. Crispy on the outside mushy on the inside. it tasted really flavorful despite not having added salt. One of the best French fries I have ever had.I think I'm going to be coming here more often now.
Unfortunately me and my partner got food poisoning after ordering delivery from this store the other day. The delivery order was the only thing we both ate all day so it was the only contender, and the burger seemed a bit undercooked. The poutine also smelled weird (last time I ordered from this store the smell was so bad I just ended up tossing the whole thing, wasting $7) this time the smell wasn’t as strong but it was still enough to make me uneasy. After spending most of my day on the toilet I’ve learned my lesson and will stay away from this Harvey’s.
I didnt like the salad but the rest of the food was great. The only reason i didnt care for my salad is because im use to a certain taste but it wasnt bad. The lady who took our order was very nice and so was the gentleman who cooked the food. It is small in the restaurant but clean. I would go back if in that area again.
Okay I’m sorry but the buns are always ice cold here. The clerk had the audacity to say to me well it’s take out and the toppings are cold, that’s why the burgers are cold.No a burger should never be cold! Dine-in or takeout it doesn’t matter! Do you treat your patrons differently if it’s dine in? Why would you serve them cold food? Ever?
We used to love this location but lately it’s been nothing but issues. We live relatively close to the restaurant and know it’s not overly busy but it takes them an hour to “complete the order” (One meal) - Tonight we waiting 2 hours for it and tried calling the restaurant 10 times over the course of waiting and no one picked up…. All we wanted to make sure is that the food hasn’t been sitting there and when it arrived, the food had definitely been sitting unfortunately. So disappointed.

I’m on a low card diet and appreciate the fact that Harvey’s has a chicken salad and even a hamburger salad ( hidden and not on the menu) but they are expensive. I prefer lettuce wrap burgers that are available elsewhere, but Harvey’s doesn’t cater to people like me on their menu. The coffee is not that great. For someone like me, Harvey’s is just ok and could use some improvements to their menu choices and pricing.
I have ordered two veggie burgers with a combo. The veggie patty was burned in both burgers, and it tasted a kind of smokey flavor. I wish I could give 0 stars.
It isn't the best Harvey's in the city but it is decent for what is on offer, sadly their SC side of thing's is really lacking in consistent product. Food in general is alright not as cheap as it once was (like everything) and feels like the product is also smaller or lower quality then it once was. Its good for when you don't have a chance to do it at home n want the convenience that it is).
I come to this Harvey's a lot during weekdays and staff is very nice. Cashier is very friendly and always take care of me. Restaurant is also very clean and food is great!
