Coming here from last 3 years. All crew members are really efforts to their work??. Everytime I got served with a smile, even today from Balroop Kaur. Keep up the great work champions??
Visited this place, food is good but needs to improve customer service, greeting manner to customer with smiley face. All staff look tired and rude. No plates for dining customers and no washroom functioning. Tables are dirty not sensitised as well.
I'd give a better review if they added Buffalo Chicken fingers or Nuggets to the Uber Eats options and maybe also don't close the dining room at 930pm on a Friday when open til midnight.....
Never been to this location before. The woman behind the counter, taking my order and then assembling my burger was very good at her job. Polite, efficient and helpful.I've never seen an interior of a Harvey's like this one. I sense that it has been renovated at some point in the not very distant past. Generally, it looked better than other locations.My Original w/Cheese & Bacon was delicious; as were the Onion Rings I chose to accompany the burger to my stomach.
Hi, I visited this location later in the evening,I placed a buffalo salad and a cheese burger. The cashier was a young short skinny girl wearing the Harvey’s hat wasn’t sure if she had salad bowls so she told me she was going to go and check if she had the product. After the young lady went and checked she was stopped by another lady on the heavier build wearing a different uniform which I presume to be a manager, I noticed the lady wasn’t wearing a hairnet as-well. I over heard the short chubby lady telling the skinny brown girl “ you have to ask me if we have salads, you can’t go back and check” I found this commentary very weird and unprofessional. I saw the brown girl stand there while she got harshly pushed around and got humiliated infront of customers and other co-workers by the chubby lady, I assume to be the manager.While I was waiting for my order I could hear the chubby lady insulting the brown girl involving her mom and dad into the conversation, when the brown girl didn’t do anything to be verbally harassed. Assuming the chubby lady is the manager, this is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for a manager to treat an employee with this much disrespect in front of customers. If this is how a manager treats an employee I could only imagine how she would deal with customers. I will not be visiting this restaurant at all.
For this visit, if I could give a rating of zero I would have. It was 9pm when I entered the restaurant. The staff was cleaning the restaurant. I noticed one staff member was cleaning the glass where the garnish display is located. I placed my order and went to stand at the garnish station then realized that the server had sprayed window cleaner on the glass over the garnish and it was not covered. I waited for my burger to be ready and decided not to add any veggies to the burger, only mustard and mayo. I pointed out to the server that she should only clean the glass when the garnish is covered, Igot a vacant look and an oh. As I left, I looked over at the restaurant from my car and the server was cleaning the top of the display, I did not bother to look at whether she had covered the veggies at all. The server really needs to take the food handling course again since she could make someone sick by doing this.
Worst customer service , I came in today and is furious with the service of the cashier .she tried to make me pay extra money for my sandwich then I was supposed to . Never think I'm going to come in again. She was a short lady on the chubbier side .Mancy was her name I believe. She wouldn't tell me her name and was yelling at me back . I had to ask another worker. She then proceeded to mock me back with her other coworker. She then went to hide in the back of another coworker. I really hope this is dealt with because I was a regular customer here . I don't want this cashier to affect my experience with the store.

They r good hardworking but super slow. Also closing dining whenever they want.
