Ordered a regular poutine for take out. Got to my car, opened it and there were 3 pieces of cheese curd. Took it back and politely complained. They offered a new poutine. Got back to my car ... this one had 6 pieces of curd. So, nah, don't bother ordering potine. It's essentially fries & gravy. BUT, staff was very polite.
Moldy bun still served to me!!! This was my 6 year olds sons burger, clearly this is gross negligence on the establishment. I did speak to the supervisor on the day of the incident who tried to downplay my request for them to check their stock. A manager did try to contact me however I did not wish to hear .ore excuses from the location so I have also spoke to the area manager today. Who did their best to resolve the situation. I would still like to publicly share my experience again as the location is obviously trying to be deceptive to the area manager by down playing or misrepresenting their side of the story to him. I personally will continue to advise everyone I know to avoid here at all costs. Thankfully my son was alright.
I like this location. Service has been quick anytime I’ve come here. Staff is friendly and they don’t make my burger sloppy!! I ate the rest of my food before I could post better picks
Food was excellent also service. I recommend this restaurant 100%. This is my first visit on this restaurant.

Although service was ok.. I was very disappointed with the fries … it was not long after opening and it seem to me they old and all ends .. this has happened a few times now at this location ..
10/31: While waiting for our order from Swiss Chalet, I watched a young lady at the Harvey's counter rub her neck & lightly scratch her forearm with gloved hands.Without washing or changing the gloves she served the next takeout order.It is my hope that food establishments consistently review cleanliness with their staff.
Updates: I really find fries well this time. They are neat about customer’s choice.Thank you.Clean place with good customer service. However, fries ? are over cooked at this place as compare to other Harvey’s.
