Really great experience. The staff was very friendly and the food was really good. I definitely recommend the ghost pepper sauce, it's a nice change that a restaurant actually offers a good spicy option that has actual spice.
This Harvey's is THE WORST location of Harvey's. The service is horrible they messed up my order ! Then told me I'd get a while meal replacement , for them to only give me fries. Go to any other Harvey's they are independently owed NOT this one you WILL regret it.
Angus cheeseburger--delicious meal. Love their chipotle sauce and their whole wheat buns???
Worst experience ever.walk in to order food but no one came to take order. I tried to talk to them but no employee answer just looking at me. If you are busy at least tell plz wait. I just standing there for 20 min and no one acknowledged.?Ghen i just have to leave the store.
I came yesterday night to place big order for my family, for 15 mins they did nothing but gave a death stare to me,(like i did something wrong walking in) , no greeting, no talk, zero response . Atleast let the customer know if u r going to take any order or u just gonna stare from the back end.???
Even though Doug Ford lifted the mask and pandemic requirements, I am glad Cara and this Harvey's location are still following the masking for everyone's well being. Fast service. Food was cooked just right and topped the way I like. Double Angus with double bacon and side of Frings. Had to nap in my car afterwards
This location doesn't care about customer service, I arrived there at 11:35 they closed at 12:00, to get my kids some food it's March break there up hungry, I get to this location and they have the audacity to tell me oh sorry we closed our till so we can't take cash only debit or credit really so unprofessional, absolutely lazy
I ordered 2 poutines, large is $9.99 and regular $6.99. Is it wrong to expect the box to be filled? This used to be my favorite location because they always used to give a decent portion. Opening this at home was so disappointing.
I was there yesterday (friday) around 9pm. My food was good and the service was okay as well. However, it really bother me seeing how the male in the kitchen was being really loud talking on the phone using airpods while cooking. I have been my whole life working in customer service and I have never seen anything like this in a food restaurant.
I ordered Popeyes next door and decided to get my daughter her favourite jr burgers too. I ordered 2 Jr burger and the lady gave me a weird look along with “that’s all..” attitude.I don’t like how she charged me for the wrong item. She clearly charged me for cheese when I asked for sweet and sour sauce. Normally it wouldn’t be an issue but because of how unwelcome I felt from her it made me even more upset.Ps. I used to work at Harvey’s before and been in customer service industry for 15 years. You don’t treat customers with that kind of attitude and let alone charge people however you want.
