Made a last minute decision to grab dinner here - OMG! Their Cobb Salad was so amazing! There was only one guy working but he was very friendly and attentive to everyone! Everything was very fresh! I plan to try their Happy Hour Smoothie Special from 2-5pm next! I hope to check out their new menu items too but I’m pretty hooked to this Cobb Salad. This was better than other locations I’ve tried before. Keep up the great work!
Would be 5 as the staff are great and food is always fresh. But today, I’ve waited 45 minutes and counting as there’s only one person working, who I felt terrible for. Restaurant is packed and she just keeps working. Kudos to her, shame on the owner for understaffing severely on a weekend lunch rush. One. PersonUpdated after order today: ordered a taco combo with side Tortilla chips. This is what I got. Laughable. Lol. This was $19. Tacos were terrible as well. I WAS a regular. Pathetic.
Really appreciate the hard-working employee Christian (sp?) - he is always juggling so many orders and is super attentive and super friendly throughout. If the owner or manager is reading, I hope that you hire another customer service person up front. If you hire a second server/have two staff working at once, you're customers will be happier and come more often.
Pretty good combinations and fast service by nice young staff. Actually, the only complaint I have is the POS did not allow me to add a tip on my card. Yes, there was a little plastic cup for tips, but sometimes you don't have the right cash on hand. That is a corporate-level decision that should be changed because it encourages cheap people NOT to tip. I want to help your young people over and above their (likely) low hourly wage. So please (corporate) make this simple change so your staff can earn a few more bucks during their shift.
Large portion sizes. You will be full. Quality fresh produce. Yummy sauces!!! I got the Tex Mex
One of the better locations I've been to. Friendly staff, fresh ingredients, clean store. Right off of Kingston Rd is convenient.
Good and bad options, i prefered older menu changes with cheese is not so great..
People in the morning seem irritated to speak and answer the phone with customers. Times are not updated and no one seems to know when they can call for an order. I will be going elsewhere.
Food is good and quality...portion sizes for the price are meh
A big thank you to Freshi Kingston team. I was served by 2 ladies who were knowledgeable of the menu and also had an amazing sense of humor. The store and its people were extremely clean and the food was the best.I start believing that eating healthy is fun and I will visit this location as a part of my diet.
