I tried giving this location 3 chances to see if it was any different but unfortunately the same result every time. My problem is their portion and what you pay. This location seems to be the most stingy, a $20 basic salad should be filled to the top, especially when the take out container is small to begin with, every time I go there, it’s half full, like a handful. I guess I have been spoiled by chopped salad places like Mandy’s salad, Urban herbivore or porta via. For $20 there is a huge difference in quality and quantity.
Not a big fan of the Mexican Bowl, it was all mush, needs some crunch for contrast.The soup however was excellent.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!My husband and I ordered Mediterranean and Rex max bowl and oh my it was soooo bad.We got home and opened the bowl and we saw that they forgot to put the cheese and we called & told them that there is no cheese and it’s so dry. They said sorry we are closed and nothing we can do. However we will be happy to write down your names and when you come next time we will offer you the “cheese” this is the max we can do. That’s what she said. Her name is IVY.
The quality of food used to taste good here. I used to choose only this location because that's how good it was . The quality is NOT good anymore . There's no taste in the food. Waste of money . Would not go back .
This the kind of soup their giving now. Bought 2 of these for $25??? Yea great business decision. You lost a well paying customer.
Today was not a good day for the location I guess. I used to come often from work and loved it. Finally returned after more than a year and it was horrible. The rice was severely over cooked, basically oatmeal. The chicken as well, used to be cubed not is shredded chunks but also super over cooked so that it was dry and chewy. Also way too much sauce (about 3 times more than normal) on my bowl. I didn't enjoy any of it which is sad because it was always amazing here previously.
Nice and clean, no sit down due to COVID. I ordered a Buddha bowl but got something different. Was too far away to go back which was disapointing. The worker had 6 bowls on the go at the time so I can see where things got mixed up. Normally quick and efficient service

Got a Cobb and market salad here. Avocados in the cobb were so sour I couldn't even tell it was avocado. They seem to preserve the avocados in a vat of lime juice. Market salad had no flavour and just tasted like vinegar(not vinegrette).
Ordered the pangoa bowl and was very disappointed with it. I have had this many times but was very disappointed for the first time. It was bare minimum with the vegetables and 2/3 of the bowl was rice. Asked to not add black beans but they forgot and added it into the bowl and when we mentioned it, they were going to just spoon the black beans out.I hope in the future, the portion between the rice and vegetables are appropriate especially when its a veggie bowl with no meat.
