I ordered to chicken wrap and confirmed with the waitress that the chicken would be grilled as stated on the menu. When it was ready she came to tell me they’d changed the chicken to breaded and fried unbeknownst to her, since she’d just started, but they hadn’t changed the menu. She suggested I could order something else instead if I wished. We were a party of four so if I had done that everyone else would have finished by the time my new choice was ready, and we may have been late for the show, so I didn’t. This is totally unacceptable. Since Covid I always make my choice online before leaving for restaurants. It wouldn’t take much effort on their part to ensure their menu is current.
This is the 3rd time I am trying to write this review as Google and KY Android are not getting along. So the short story is the food was great but came out too fast. As we could not even eat our starter as it was still too hot. Then if I hadn't handed our soup dishes to the server it would of been left on our table as with the included picture they never cleared our table. I still had beer to finish but I guess because I paid I didn't deserve anymore service. And I was left to enjoy my beer in the mess of our table f
The staff are awesome, they are pretty quick for the most part and offer a good dining experience overall. Food quality has always been consistent, I never use to be a fan years ago, but I've definitely come around to enjoying this location and food. Remember it's not a fine dining experience, so you're getting what you'd should expect from these big chains, but it's still enjoyable. Everytime I've asked for a recommendation, I haven't been steered wrong and the staff are honest with what's good and not.
The food was amazing and our server was soo great. We got our food really quickly and it was soo good. Everything was delicious and sooo much serving so i had more than enough leftover for lunch the next day. Definitely going back here
It was bad, really bad, and it didn't have to be.This restaurant is abismal. Saturday night, not that busy but way under staffed with people who embody the IDGAF attitude, even when somebody is celebrating their 99th birthday.A call ahead was made to reserve an accessible table for a party of 9, and we were crammed into a table that would barely fit 8 in a drafty corner that wasn't accessible to persons with mobility disabilities to the front door or the washrooms.Refills on drinks are way to stressful for the servers here to deal with.8 meals were brought out, one children's meal was repeatedly requested, and after everyone already had their food for quite a while, we were told the 9th meal was dropped, by the time it finally came everyone els was basically done.This was all brought up to management and to customer care at the parent company, and they don't seem to think that not providing accessible tables or bringing the correct food to a table in timely manners are big deals. I think the whole company needs to take a read of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act before penalties start getting racked up.
Cool bartender serving fancy drink's. 8/10 for food quality as it's usually overcrowded during the week. So everything served with a rush. Otherwise you do get your money's worth and privacy for whatever your event maybe.
Good fast-food like Italian food. Ordered take-out and they forgot my garlic loaf. Didn't seem busy so wondered why this mistake happened. Workers are indulging in their own conversation and it feels so awkward when you go to pick up food as they act like you are not there. also their take-out portion sizes become very small, i think they changed containers which sucks.
After my previous review, we were contacted by management and went back to this restaurant. The staff this time were very knowledgeable and pleasant. Our server- Vi - was top notch making the experience overall much better than my birthday dinner. We may try them again but know to book a reservation before going.
Kid friendly family restaurant. Yesterday when I went they had Tuesday specials 2$ kids meald but only if you order one adult meal which is a great deal ! Food was fresh. They're now only accepting the online QR codes for proof of vaccination so make sure you have yours downloaded. Cool chillers and drinks to choose from. I absolutely love the cesear salad many items to choose from though it's my personal favorite!
Been going to this location for over 6 years. It's extremely accessible and relaxed. Food quality has been consistently good. Service has always been prompt. Looking forward to dining in again once the pandemic restrictions are lifted.
