Very slow service, and staffs are not that friendly. Preordered a pizza for pickup, and i still had to wait an extra 20 minutes. If you write them a good Google review, you get a free pop.
I’ve ordered here a few times but the most recent visit, they gave me a RAW pizza. We had already waited a quite some time and you’d think after waiting so long, the pizza would be cooked. It was no, it was still raw. We let them know about this but they simply ignored us and didn’t even offer to make a new one for us or refund. Will never be returning.
Don’t order from here - waste of time. I’d give no star if I could!I’ve waited over an hour and a half for one medium pizza with instructions to knock on the door of my unit - I called back an hour later and they said the delivery driver is at least 15-20 minutes out and I didn’t answer the drivers phone call to go down and pick it up.I left specific instructions to come up and knock on my unit as I’m at work.The employee at the store also told me there is no supervisor available to help further!I’ll go to pizza pizza from now on - thanks for wasting my only break in the day ?
A medium pizza that was estimated to take 10- 20 minutes, took 1 hour and ten minutes to get to the box and into my hands. I asked for a couple free dipping sauces, since I waited for 5 times their ETA, and they said no, so I left without the pizza. Terribly slow! All I wanted was a couple dipping sauces for the inconvenience which I think was perfectly reasonable
Family day monday, my wife placed a order. The online pizza staus bar said 15mins after arriving at the store (15mins later) they told me 30mins. Now i understand as they were busy, its okay.. i didnt mind. HOWEVER when i wait a absurd amount of time and half the pizza is missing cheese and the second pizza is burnt that is unacceptable.. very dissapointed..
This is a good place for pizza. I customize my pizza coz i do not like pizza sauce. That spoils the taste of a pizza. I customize mine with alfredo sauce, with toppings and cheesing it up. The service is also nice.

Is this how you make lightly done pizza??? And the guy there doesn't use the mask to cover his nose and mouth. Covering your chin, you think will work better?!?!
