It's ok. Non LLBO. Has electric charging stations nearby. 10% cash discountGood service, clean and bright restaurant.Menu seems simple. Some dishes could be more flavourful for the kind of dish that it is.Overall, it's not bad but nothing wow-ing. Wouldn't specifically come for it.

We always come here for soup dumplings as the quality is the same every single time. Make sure to eat it with some ginger and black vinegar! Our family favourites also include the braised pork belly along with the vegetable rice!We prefer this location to the one at First Markham as there is more space and the food and service are consistently better.I also want to note that I left my purse here once and not only did they try to track me down, they knew who I was when I walked in and asked me to check in front of them to make sure nothing was lost. The team here is honest and always treats everyone well. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!

First time at this location. Lovely decor and clean. Love their Xiao Long Bao. The beef noodle soup is good too. Also want to mention our server was helpful and polite.

Used to like going to the one on Hwy 7. But not anymore after I tried this location. This restaurant is clean, bright and spacious. Also the food is tasty and portion is big. Staff is polite and supportive. Highly recommended.

This was a different type of dim sum from what we are used to, but it was tasty. The restaurant itself is wuite pleasant to sit in, and the service was relatively quick. When we asked for hot sauce and water to drink, it was brought promptly. The soup dumplings were tasty and the deep fried squid tentacles were wonderful. The food was fresh, and tasted good. The price, well, it was on the high side, but our family will return.

Food was great. Service was even better, especially with the two little ones we had. The standard pork soup dumplings are very good. Spicy wontons are also a fan favourite. Make sure you try different things, almost all are good.

Great place for dim sum. It's Shanghai style food and stream dumplings is the best I had. The flavours are great but it might be too strong for some people. Lots of their food have peanuts so people with allergies beware. We ate everything except the sasame sauce noodles. It taste great but it's way too heavy. Not for light eaters. The stream dumplings are by far the best.

Prices are high at this restaurant but with the pandemic I've been ordering here a few more times for takeout, especially with the cash discount. Food continues to be top notch. I love the hand-pulled noodles (beef noodle soup, Shanghainese fried noodles), side dishes, and the turnip pancake.

I ordered the first 3 items that were popular based on Google reviews: Xiao long bao, braised beef noodle soup, green onion pancakes. All of which were delicious. Waitresses were very attentive. A great experience. Will be returning.

Everything hit the spot but suffered from being takeout. Our travel time is less than 8 mins but the XLB was only lukewarm. The Dan Dan noodles also stuck to themselves but I really liked that the spicy part of the soup was served separately. The vegetarian dumplings were also very tasty. The pan fried dumplings were also served crispy side down, so they weren’t so crisp by the time we ate them.
