Haven't been to this place for 2 years due to pandemic. Finally back here yesterday but super duper disappointed. The size of my orders (two shaved ice for takeout) were only 2/3 or even half of what I had before. Is it because it's takeout? For $12 it's just ridiculous. And the staff was "cold" and didn't bother saying any words of courtesy to their customers. Maybe I should try dine-in next time and see if it's the same.
Good Korean dessert cafe.We were pretty shocked to find the bingsu is very small.. it’s smaller than the size of my hand, and each of them are about $13. So it is pretty overpriced compared to other bingsus at other places.Considering the size, we got two for the two of us.While both of them were good, I would say the Mango Oreo was better.The jelly in Matcha Jelly was meh, and the ice cream on top didn’t really taste like matcha.I would visit again to try their huge variety of desserts!
Never have I heard Bingsu before so I'm glad this place was my first experience. The initial vibes I get when I first entered resembled that of a cafe, which is nice. Fairly big menu so there's a lot to choose from. I ordered the Thai tea bingsu? Something a long the lines of that. Essentially, you go up to the counter to order and they hand you a pager for when your order is ready (they only take debit or cash fyi). All in all, great first experience for me. Would definitely go again!
First time there and will definitely return! Ordered the Oreo Mango Bingsu and it was so good! A mountain of fresh sweet mango and under layer of Oreo crumbs and under that is shredded ice cream. Looks like shredded coconut but it’s ice cream. Melts in your mouth as soon as it touches your tongue! Man sooooo good. Will definitely return 10/10
Tried the injeolmi and oreo cheesecake bingsu. Both were good and really liked how their bingsu is made using milk which really brings out the flavour unlike other places. Can't wait to come back to try other flavours.
Vietnamese coffee bingsoo was surprisingly good with the tapioca pearls. Definitely highly recommend coffee lovers to try it.Came 2nd time for Vietnamese coffee bingsoo and the taste and quality were consistent as the first time.
This place is clean and organize and my friend were able to easily find a parking spot. Bingsu is okay but the presentation is awesome! ?Would love to try other menu’s next time ☺️ definitely will come back with more friends lol
I put one star because there is no zero choices. It was such an awful experience yesterday at this dessert place. The food ads are all misleading and looks totally different from the actual. The customer service was so bad. The only guy that was working yesterday was arguing being disrespectful saying that “THATS HOW THEY DO THEIR SMOOTHIE” when it is purely liquid, as if you’re drinking a cold milk. This is not how a smoothie should look like. The guy was so sarcastic and insisted his stand. You are not talking to a grade 1 student. Even a kid could tell that it is not a smoothie. Do not get fooled by the ads posted. Drinks took 30 minutes to get ready. The industry is already struggling right now at least try to provide some quality on the products that you serve so you can keep your regular customers and their expectations.
First time visiting the shop and the staffs followed the vaccine passport properly which I like. The amount of bingsu per order is perfect as more than this I wouldn't be able to finish. Matcha bingsu is always my favorite! See you next time.
