Went to Scarborough Town centre and had southwest bowl but applies to any bowl.Very few ingredients and more than half was a mix of quinoa and rice. Quality, flavors, amount of vegs cannot compete vs Freshii.Can't believe this chain survive much like this.
I really appreciate Sunny and Vidya as they are both friendly, professional, and very accommodating to my dietary requirements. I often hack the menu and make specific requests which they try their best to accommodate for me. Love this place as it's one of the only fresh and healthy food court options in this mall. Bravo to the team here, great job keep it up!!
Excellent service at this location. I go here often, and Sannihit provides excellent customer service. He remembers my name, is quick and efficient, and seeing a friendly face often helps me choose Cultures over other places in the mall.

I got a piece of salmon with one of my salads and it was so overcooked that you couldn’t even bite through it. Extremely disappointed for the price I paid to get a piece of salmon.

Amazing service! Came here for the first time yesterday and the employee was extremely kind and helpful. I ordered a southwest bowl and it was absolutely phenomenal with the fresh chicken breast. Will be visiting here again soon due to the great food and amazing quality service! 10/10
