Very poor customer service and rude employees. Waited 30 minutes just for fries and while asking about the food, she's like do you need food or refund (knowing that the people who ordered after me got their fries faster than me) I was like excuse me? Where is this attitude coming from? Pathetic!
Huge Costco - Wonderfully maintained; Lots of lovely and friendly and helpful staff. Wide parking spaces. Great
Prices have gone way up and quality has gone way down...
Worst Costco I have ever been too. Very rude staff in the tire centre. Now after 13 days my brand new tires are leaking air and they dont even answer the phone. Never again.
It’s nice to shop but the prices skyrocketed, my one example is the frozen cherries which I normally get it at $13.99 no 17.88 and some basic stuffs.
Good for having a quick bite if you are hungry while you are shopping there. You can now place orders from a computer there and pick up your food at the counter. It’s much faster than before when everybody has to order at the front. Maybe because the staff is all too busy there, some seemed a little rough than supposed to be friendly. But since you just pick up and go, so it would not really destroy your appetite.
Small space and too tight for the capacity of the store. A lot of people waiting for seats and tables. Condiments and soda areas are not regularly maintain. Although service is fast specially now they have the kiosk for fast ordering. Cheap fast food but sometimes their chicken wings are not well cooked, sometimes over cooked. Up to your stomach if it can take it in. Bottom line is, eat here if you're that hungry after a long shopping spree or just take it to go coz it will take time to find tables and seats...
I don't see the point of buying literally large volume to save pennies! Plus the annual subscription fee, if you ever refer their SEC 10k reports, a large share of profits come from the subscription fees. It is interesting to study their business model in each visit, I shop less and learn more here!
