This store gave me the worst experience I ever had within the food and drink service industry. I rarely write bad reviews, but for this, if I could I would give it a no-star.After I walked in I waited in line, when is my turn, I placed my order in a normal polite manner. Maybe she didn't hear me well, I'm not the expert, but the normal way to respond is somewhat like "I'm sorry?" or "excuse me?" or "could you repeat?". But instead she looked at me really rude like I owe her money or something and said "huh!?". This already made me kind of want to leave, but I stayed and repeated my order. This time I tried to say it slower I'm more clear. However, right after I repeated my order the phone rang, after it rang twice she picked up the phone. I thought she's just going to pick up the phone and ask the person on the other side to hold like all the other places will do. So I waited, but instead she started taking their order on the phone. I was so shocked that I was frozed for a sec, then I realize I need to speak up for myself. It's like when you see someone budding in line you need to say something. So I said to her "excuse me, but shouldn't you be finish taking my order first?" She looked up at me and still with that I owe her money face, not apologetic at all, and put her hand up like signaling me to shut up✋and said "hold on!" and kept on taking order from the phone line.I said never mind and walked out.

Been going here since opening, convenient Coco location. I like the brown sugar pearls here compared to other locations.BUT one thing that throws me off EVERY single time is this place smells super weird. At first, it smelled like mildew or mold. But now it's grown to I don't even know what. It now smells like a mix of spoiled milk and mold. It can't be safe or healthy for the employees who work there to breathe it in, I hope it gets fixed soon. But it's been progressively smelling worst over the past few months.
The tapioca did not taste stale which was great lol it was an extra cost to add tho but overall good slush.
Order bubble gaga with extra sugar… but it’s taste pathetic and wierd.After I replaced with brown suar latte as mostly I order that but that’s also made like just milk … staff is not friendly at all and so rude… despite correcting order, willing to charge extra even i downsized my drink… Highly NOT Recommended..And not sure why It’s TASTE difference as compared to other coco locations.. not sure why but look like menu procedures not being followed in order to save food cost.Attached picture is proof that i got just milk as it’s so white color too.. NEVER GO FOR THIS LOCATION
I accidentally broke my pearl milk tea outside the door and originally wanted to leave,but their staff saw and called me back ,made me a new cup for free. I really surprised their service attitude was so good, I will come often in the future,they are so nice! Of course, their drinks are also very good!
