Beware of this place: Awful food! I have enjoyed Church's Texas Chicken at other locations, but this place was totally different! Fries were prepared many hours prior to being served - cold and unchewable. Same for Chicken Tenders!Next issue was with their team: I ordered two chicken sandwich combos and another item, paid regular prices and then noticed they had a promotion for reduced price on Two-Can-Dine chicken sandwich combos! They did not tell me about it when they saw I ordered the same thing! That's being dishonest with your clients. Never going back.
I’ve been loving this restaurant for a long time, but the quality of my recent orders are insanely bad. Last time I’ve ordered my food via ubereats from this exact location and one of my fries was green, and this time there’s not only a burger missing from my order, but the spicy chicken is also extremely unbearably salty, I’m not sure what happened here but it’s absolutely frustrating.
I always ordered here but tonight I’m really disappointed when my order is simple but they are not doing it properly! At the beginning they forget that my husband didn’t pay yet the order but they’re already say thank you and give the food and then when my husband on the way, he notice there is no sandwiches. Then my husband have to come back to get the sandwiches. When my husband reach at home I notice there are Al only pieces of chicken but I ordered 4. I called them to tell them about it. How come they said they cannot do anything? How careless are they when they’re prepared the order! My order just simple how come they don’t do it proper? Then they want say that I liar about my order? If I not honest, we just can simply not paying the order at the beginning since they didn’t ask to pay! I asked the staff to tell me his name but he turn off the called! How rude is he. ??????
Ordered a $55 meal for my whole family, once I got home I realized it was missing a drink and a side of union rings. And out of the 10 pc fried chicken, 4 pieces were raw and not fully cooked. Food tasted very old, dry and extremely greasy. Not sure how you can possibly mess up union rings but even those tasted awful.
Ordered food through Skips, not only I didn't get my onion rings but the chicken, biscuits and the fries were RECOOKED for sure. TERRIBLE food. The frustrating part is Skips only gives me 50% refund for the garbage that I received. I was definitely got robbed. Will definitely not be using this restaurant!!!!

I love church's chicken but i will never ordering from this location again. The quality is so poor. I ordered chicken tenders and they sent me chicken scraps. I called the restaurant to inquire about why they sent us this food and they told me the cook sent old chicken. I'm not impressed and won't be buying food from this location again. Gross! Doordash gave us us refund.
Ordered their chicken sandwich through doordash when I opened it it looked NOTHING like what they advertise...it was a a rounded patty like one of those frozen chicken burgers you get from the grocery store. Nothing about this chicken was breaded or deep fried it tasted terrible and the bun was pretty much almost hard! The only good things were the jalapeno poppers and the biscuits. Never again am I ordering a chicken sandwich from here!
Excellent and fast service. Professional staff. Delicious taste and great prices. Tried their Herb and garlic chicken.
Loved their honey butter biscuits. Fried Chicken were fresh, French Fries and coleslaw were alright. Their mashed potato was good. Soft drinks were refillable. At this location, the seats are not very organized and not so clean. Washroom was pretty dirty. A lot of parking, it’s at a plaza.
