Today I ordered salad with chicken rice bowl. But they forgot to put salad after ask spicy hot sauce but didn't add. I waited in line almost 20 minutes. Customer service is terrible. The way serving food worse. When I order chicken add little bit. I paid almost $13 but quality is worse. I try this food because healthy and tasty. Today 3rd time order. Service food quality taste everything not the same like 1st time. I was disappointed upset angry. Main thing is food bowl didn't close properly half of the food came out side. Since they give on paper bag half food is wasted. It's really disappointed upset. I'm not going to buy no more....????

We had our lunch from chipotle, we ordered chicken and veg bowl. Both were rich with ingredients including tomato, peas rice, lettuce, cheese, chicken and jalapeños. It really was worth for money. Bottle water was way too expensive. Customer care was excellent. And waiting time on an average 15-20mnts.
Manager was not able to handle the situation. 2 people with lots and lots of orders for their whole family trees I guess were in front of the rest of us (with only one order). They had their orders written on several pieces of letter size papers. The fast food shop should’ve managed very large orders in a proper manner. I wasted my time over there more than 20 minutes and after fixing my order I had to stay for I don’t know how many minutes to pay for that. Finally I gave up. When rules say large orders should be submitted in advance then manager should manage to apply that. Very very poor managing skill in addition to her talk back to a constructive comment. This is a fast food with a reasonable waiting time.
This place has messed up my Uber Eats order on 3 separate occasions. I didn't get the second tortilla wrap I paid for to go with my steak bowl (1st time), I didn't get the second corn salsa with chips I paid for (2nd time) \\u0026 I didn't get the guacamole I paid for on my chicken bowl (3rd time). If you're going to ever order from this place on Uber Eats, I strong advise against it unless you're looking for a messed up order. I don't know who they have employed at this place but it really has gone downhill since the beginning of Covid.
Don't waste your time. Only had one person working the line, waited over 15 minutes to make an order. Finally was able to to have my order made only to be told I'll have to wait another 10 minutes as no steak was ready. This was my favourite location to order from but has fallen off in terms of service the last two visits.
Loved their bowls BUT I FOUND A HAIR TODAY AND IT WAS SO GROSS. Looked like a man’s hair, thick straight short black hair with a big follicle. Really disgusting. Never going back to this location. Extremely gross.
I love chipotle, however I feel like the food has gotten much saltier now than before. Also, I dislike how they mark the containers with a permanent marker, and then they proceed to throw in the forks and receipt in the bag before the marker can even dry. I really don't want to be ingesting any chemicals from the marker or the receipt, as they can cause cancer.
Rice was completely uncooked and we didnt get the taste which we were expecting. Before providing to customer do make sure to check the products personally before serving it to customer’s.rice was completely uncooked and it resulted in stomach problem so personal suggestion is to make sure food is completely cooked before serving to customers
This place is the worst. Received the entire wrong order. The rice was half cooked. Customer service is unprofessional. There was also a hair on my chicken. don’t go here. DO NOT.
