I got an offer from the location and it requires me to use an app call Cloudamart. The app has major glitches for example not letting to create an account efficiently (waited 20-30 minutes to create an account because a code would not send through sms) and not being able to choose the pick up option so my $10 coupon basically was useless since I’d have to pay for delivery (the offer said I could pick it up)
I had to stop to get some lunch late one afternoon. I chose this place. To say that I regret this choice is an understatement. I paid almost $15 for onion rings, a can of coke, and the worst chicken sandwich (called Zinger chicken sandwich) I've ever had. The onion rings were fine. Hard to mess that up. The chicken sandwich was less than half the size in terms of the chicken breast than what you would get at Popeye's. The chicken was so thin that it felt like I was just eating the top, skin layer of a piece fried chicken.Sad looking stale bun on this sandwich. Toppings were lacking as well. Hardly any tomato and lettuce. No "zing" to be found. I left this place feeling underfed and ripped off. This place is more expensive than the chain I mentioned earlier, and the food is of far lower quality. Lesson learned I guess.... Still sad though when you take a chance on a smaller business and they really don't care......
The chicken ooh me , taste just like Nando 's and a notch higher . The portions are really large and the spice level is really cool . Made it my to go place for lunches now there daily special is well priced too
We ordered whole big chicken for 20$ but we got only 8 tiny pieces. We asked before place the order and we got confirmed it’s a whole chicken which shows as per the picture. Called them to inquire about it the person who answered the phone started shouting in filth cx service is really poor. Guys don’t get caught for these type of poor places they just lie you to sell their food . They just need only money and I’m so disappointed since we wanted to buy a whole chicken and that’s the main reason we ordered this .
I am a regular here.. often order from Uber eats.. but disappointed this time.. Ordered 2 chicken burgers and 2 wraps.. burgers were good.. but the wraps pathetic.. had ordered 1 hot and 1 suicide.. but there was no trace of sauce in either of them.. it was worse than mild.. Disappointed
They are serving customers without masks.. and Ontario daily cases are over 18000. And they don't F care about that.
The food is delicious and big portions. Very nice and friendly staff. Will recommend this. I didn’t regret to come and try their food for the first time will be back again. Thank you Chick Fiesta!
How do you serve this to your customers? I've been a loyal customer for years but enough is enough. How as a business do you serve this? Do you not have any common sense? Or any credibility??I should drive back and have you eat this burnt garbage. You have on multiple occasions provided double fried French fries and now this.Absolutely disgusting. I've been passing by this place for years. Finally I went in—I wished I did years earlier! The chicken (I had the 1/2 chicken.) was off the chart!!! Moist (they marinate their chickens), seasoned on point at a prices that can't be beat ($15.00 for a 1/2 chicken, with fries and a bottle of water. I'll definitely be going back—I can see myself being a regular.
Their fried chicken is excellent- fresh, nicely fried and taste homemade. Their garlic bread, peri peri fries and coleslaw are excellent as well. I still have to try their sandwiches. Excellent value for money spent. Their fried wings was okay.
