Great bubble tea!This is a reminder to double check your order stickers though. I paid extra to add some tapioca to a tapioca-less drink and it was missed.
This location refused to give me the cardboard tray without having to pay for the paper bag that cost 15cents. Every other location gives the tray for free. When you pay $7+ for a drink this stuff should come free
This location is extremely slow. It took 15 minutes for 2 drinks and they were not even busy. One of the drinks was really watered down.Also the lady in front of me ordered 4 drinks. When she asked for a bag (they did not ask her if she wanted one when she ordered) to carry her drinks, they made her get back in line to pay 15 cents (plus tax!). So rude and cheap!There were 3 workers, but one of them just stood around, not even able to bag drinks properly.
I swear that whenever I placed the order of Brown sugar pearl roasted milk tea with sea salt creama through Uber which is $10.20 each, I have never got the sea salt creama. Its been more than 5 times already. Its really complicated when I requested the refund through Uber so thats reason why I rarely complained to them.Today, I tried to order through your online platform to try another luck, and still, AGAIN, no SEA SALT CREMA for 2 orders ( which meant I paid $20.40 for roasted milk tea and pearl ),At that moment, I already knew how dumb am I when kept on supporting your business.Going to the store, 15-20 mins to waitOrdering online, I have never ever got the right order.5-6 times I tried to support you guys. Never ever wanna come back :)You guys need to check all the orders carefully before handing out to the customers, its $10.20 in this time for just 1 cup of boba but nothing, excuse me!I would rather go to The Alley or Goongcha, where they do appreciate and take care of my order, and I really get what I pay for with cheaper price than yours!
I had a bad experience when this location first opened. Showed up with my friend about 15 minutes before close, there were already 2 customers inside and it was three of us, so we waited outside until people left. There was 1 person behind us so we decided to let him go ahead in front. The employees clearly saw us waiting, and didn’t say anything. When the 2 others left and we finally go in, we’re told to leave because the store is closing. Very bad customer service and unprofessional of them, having seen us wait outside for so long. The person who we let go in front of us was even upset for us.
I ordered their signature pearl tea almost every weekend. I tried all kinds of bubble tea brands and Chatime is the one fits me best - pearls are not too soft nor hard, and milk is just right portion. The service at this store always exceeds my expectation, quick and welcoming!
STINKY CUPS.Had a walk-in order of 2 drinks last week. The cups smelled like they were wiped down with a smelly cloth. I called the store right away to inform the staff that the cups were smelly. The employee assured me that the cloths used to wipe down the cups are washed every hour, so they should not be smelly. I agree they should not be smelly, yet here they are. Smelly. The employee thanked me for my feedback.One week later, another walk-in order of 2 drinks. These cups are less smelly than last week's. However they are unfortunately still not stink-free. What's going on? Use paper towels or something if you can't keep your cloths clean.
Decent!Nice staff. Tapioca is good quality.Don't get the handcrafted taro - the texture is weird in my opinion.However the grass jelly roasted milk tea is sooo good!!!Conclusion; Overpriced in my opinion, I like CoCo better.
Nice, clean and tiny store at Markham and Ellesmere. Seems to be a take-out only location. Quick, Friendly and efficient service.
New Chatime Location for Scarborough! Great staff and drinks served fresh and in a reasonable amount of time! Won't need to go to the Midland and Finch location anymore.
