Edit: changed from a five to four star. I went recently and the bubble tea is still the same and delicious but the portion size is unbelievably small compared to before. It is very disappointing as the price keeps increasing but the size decreased.My all time favourite bubble tea store for 5 years. They sell quality bubble tea at a very affordable price and you can tell that it is not made from a powder. They have a lot of variety and I have not had something I haven’t liked. My favourite drink from here is strawberry milk tea which isn’t on the menu but they always make it for me (I think it’s a secret menu item)
I will absolutely not go to this location again. They do not accept cash which is absolutely ridiculous. There is no reason to not accept cash as it is a legal tender and cannot be refused. Businesses should not be allowed to dictate and force certain payment forms over others. I used to be a fan of chat time for years but will definitely be finding a new bubble tea restaurant moving forward.
Not bad. This franchise sets the standard for all bubble tea stores.

Super fast service! Staffs are really friendly and nice ? our all time favorite drinks are honeydew milk pearl tea with brown sugar tapioca & hazelnut milk pearl tea! Give them a try if you haven’t already!!!
Chatime in general— has fair amount of variety for their menu. Chatime is my go-to boba stop when I can't decide where to go (aka always), and because I live just a block down from this location it makes all the more convenient for my cravings. I would say they have pretty good/decent taking options, highly recommended for people who aren't super picky on quality.Speaking of quality, there's this one employee named Kayla who has my whole soul. I met her when she was still a trainee and she struck a conversation— no other boba employee has ever done that, I was pleasantly surprised!! We talk within the small time we see each other, and I'm always delighted to see her working hard. I went as far as to gift her a mystery box; I love her that much.Because of her, this location has become my favourite! •u• ♡
Great tasting bubble tea but always a long wait when you get there
They prepare the drinks quick however. I do have some issues with them preparing the drinks only after I show up to pick them up from ordering online. Not sure if that is how the system is meant to do but it is kind of annoying having to wait another 5 minutes when I expected them to be finished by the time I arrive.

literally every time i come here their tapioca is ALWAYS hard and stale. Every other chatime is not like this. Why?
