Hazelnut milk tea is the bee's knees. I would give 5 but most stuff is too sweet (even hazelnut one) I have to always get no sugar and even then it's a bit there.

Very COVID safe. Wasn't accepting cash at the time, hand sanitizer available at the door.The gentleman was incredibly kind and suggested drinks that complimented my tastes. Great place for bubble tea.

Avoid this location. They never follow your order correctly and they are cheap here. When I asked for less ice the guy told me there is only a certain ML of the drink he could put , what a cheap comment lol. Worse chatime location!

Large mango tango, I just wish there were more dragonfruit bits. Update, I went again today and bought grass jelly milk tea, bubble milk tea and cheesecake again. Excellent service. Clean place. Quality products. Thank you

Terrible flow of work. They prioritize online orders first. I've almost every time I go here have to wait min 20 mins to get order. Most I ever waited was a hour. I've seen another location like this but better to some extent.

Horrible location. Rejected my mobile order so I went in to order. They charged me for a large when I got a regular. When I pointed it out, they recharged me for a regular. I assumed they had refunded the large on their end but no, I now have two charges from this location and no refund. Tapioca tasted weird. Avoid.

Lots of good options in this hot summer. Place was nice and clean. It could be a experience if dining was open

I highly recommend this place to friends and family. As soon as we walked inside we were welcomed. The place was clean and plenty of choices for the drinks. Thanks again for the excellent service and products.

Service is fine when it isn’t busy.However, when there is more of a flow of customers, the customer service is very poor. Many times I have waited over 30 - 40 minutes to receive my orderIve also often seen customers leave their spot in line, and uber drivers lose out on their orders because of how long it takes to receive their orderStaff should consider putting temporary short term pauses on online orders to fulfil outgoing ones/ having more workers at busy times to help alleviate the wait times

Ordered some roasted milk tea and tapioca on under eats today for my cousin and she ended up feeling unwell. When I took a sip of the tea and tapioca, it did not taste as fresh as we usually expect from this location. Wondering if their tapioca was sitting too long. Might go back to the midland location then ?
