Visited the restaurant today.Food was really good, nice presentation of the food.The environment in the restaurant was amazing.The reason behind me giving 3 stars is because I was not satisfied with the customer service provided by the front girl. Firstly she missed some of things to punch in the order and we got the food and we had to wait until our food was almost finished when we got our salad and yogurt. Overall I would say i recommend the restaurant as the food was great.
Always phone in before dining in here. Under current covid restrictions, we were told that done ins are stopped post 9pm. We gave our number in a book and received a call later when a table opened up.As always, ordered the mutton boneless biriyani, chicken boneless biriyani and chicken 65 semi dry.
We usually order the ghee dosa, chicken 65 biryani, and chole bhatura. Never dined-in, always to-go.Dosa: Crispy, light, tasty. Sambhar is also tasty. But no potato filling comes with the dosa, that's an extra charge. The chutneys are horrible. Firstly, there is no coconut or red chutney that you usually get. There's this very weird tasting creamy peanut chutney and some other weird tasting orange chutney. Very bad!Chole Bhature: The chole are itself are soft and cooked well. They look rich in flavour BUT the taste is only cardamon. Every bite you feel like you're eating a spoon full of cardamom. Too overpowering. The bhature are not your usual round bhature. They're almost like swollen papdi (see pic for reference) , taste is good though not rubbery.Chicken 65 biryani: The only item with no complaints. Great flavours, large quantity, soft chicken, well cooked rice.
We ordered paneer tikka biryani from charminar it had a huge piece of mutton in it. We made a similar complaint like this before as well and emailed them about it when we had a piece of chicken in there paneer butter masala I dont think anyone took action on this one. If you are vegetarian or you are ordering food for vegetarian guests proceed with caution This is unacceptable
We order from Scarborough location almost very week and people on the phone has very bad customer service skills.They don't confirm the order or tell the bill amount nor let us know how long it gonna take to pick up.I had an issue on one of my orders and when I confronted them about it they offered me free food and put me on a block list, if I call from another number they answer the call and disconnect it. I am not looking for any free food but at least show some respect by not blocking/disconnecting the call after answering.I am a hyderabadi and I know how biryani taste ,and the second issue was with chicken dum biryani sometimes biryani has no masala and sometimes mores when called they I just mentioned that last time there was no masala and asked for balance of masala but instead they send me full masala rice with chicken in it,I have kid who like biryani but unfortunately he could not eat cause the biryani was so spicy we felt as if we were eating chilli powder and only masala which is ridiculous. If you customer says the food is bad/spicy acknowledge it but instead don't tell them that it the way they make it.I am really upset with this and I will never order from this restaurant nor recommend to any of my friends or to anyone.Such a bad experience with your restaurant.
Walked into this restaurant placed our orders and the first item to arrive was the chicken corn soup and this is how it was presented with a nice long piece of hair. Disgusting!!! Will never go back to this place.
One of the worst experience I ever had..we ordered chole bhature, with every bite you will get a whole cinnamon, then we ordered mysore masala the result is again disappointing..we spent around $80 but worthless..
I loved this place!! The food, interior and staff everything was just extraordinary. Especially their manager Swapnil. He is such a gentleman and he was so sweet and kind to us..The hospitality in this restaurant is amazing. I'd love to visit this restaurant again.. :D

Very good food and great service. We were constantly asked if we needed anything and the waitress who served us was very friendly and attentive. Their portions are also pretty large and filling. Came all the way from New York and would come back again. I’d definitely recommend.
