We’ve been ordering takeout from here once a month for the past year (usually via ubereats pick up in order to pay by credit card, although we’ll occasionally order in-person as well, where they only accept cash or debit).It’s our favourite fried chicken place in the area!! They fry the chicken immediately after you place the order (so there’s usually a 15-20min wait time depending on the size of your order) and eating the chicken while it’s hot and fresh was amazing. So juicy and flavourful! I particularly enjoy their non-spicy chicken burger and drumsticks. I did notice, however, that the portions used for the chicken burger has gotten slightly smaller (but then again, due to a recent promotion, the price had also gone down from $7.99 to $4.99).I’d also like to mention that a few months ago, we decided to also order drumsticks from KFC, Popeyes, and Call A Chicken (all within Woodside Square) to compare the three restaurants and find our favourite. Call A Chicken was by far our favourite!
My bill total was $5.64 they do not accept credit cards. So I paid by cash in $5.60 and was short of 4 cents. It took me by surprise that the cashier was adamant she need the exact change and can’t loose 4 cents for the order. That was really funny too. Finally I paid by debit card. The burger which I bought is not great for sure. I never waste food, but their food is really awe full in taste, I need to throw it away. They really deserve lesser than 1 star. I don’t recommend to anyone
They make incredibly juicy, crispy, and delicious spicy fried chicken! It takes a while as they fry the chicken to order, but it is worth the wait.
Ordered a spicy popcorn chicken full of batter and chicken fats and very oily. The spiciness is good.
Greeeat fried chicken wings!!!! You will probbly never go to popeyes again once u tried their wings. Great flavor, great service. Nothing better i can describe this place, try their fried chichen and wings!

This fried chicken Restaurant is very unique because they would fried the chicken right after you placed the order. So the chicken was very freshly made. The chicken was delicious and juicy. The customer service was excellent and friendly. We waited for approximately 20minutes which was worth the wait. We highly recommended this place to anyone who appreciates freshly fried chicken.
I want to give 0 star if I can. Terrible customer service and the staffs there are dishonest. I ordered chicken pieces at ubereat and I didn’t choose spicy. When I went there pickup the food, I found out that they made all chicken pieces spicy. So I asked for exchange and the cashier started give us million excuses to stop us exchange. She explained the store only have spicy chickens and later said all non spicy chickens are sold out and cannot exchange for us. After a while, she said Uber doesn’t have the option to let customers to choose non spicy chickens, and I should order from Fantuan if I am looking for non spicy chickens. After waiting 30 minutes long for the chickens, even though we are starving , we decided to cancel the order because we can’t eat spicy food. The most upsetting thing is when we left the store, I heard the cashier yelled to the kitchen to make 1/2 spicy and 1/2 non spicy chickens for the next customer. She told us non spicy chickens are sold out but meanwhile she asked kitchen to make non spicy chickens for another customer who just called in. She is so dishonest and rude, I will never go back.
