Legit I called 40 mins earlier and ordered my food take out and they forgot to make my order and asked me to wait till they make it, I left, very disappointing service, my first time ordering and my last time for sure, please get your staff trained properly burger factory
My burger was dry, and the patty was practically crumbling. This was genuinely the worst burger I ever had, along with its horrible fries. The fries were soggy, dry, and mostly burnt. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. I was better off eating ANYTHING else or NOTHING. Never coming here again. Do better.
This one star is for the owner .Can you hire more employees for god sake? I feel bad for the guy who works there all by himself on Thursday evening . He is taking walk in orders, call order and delivery orders .How could someone handle all these ? This is brutal.
This place was amazing, my mother is so picky always she doesn’t like every place, however my mother loved her first experience at this place. There is a lady she is so kind and generous we asked to order an extra ice cream but she give it for free and also she putted an extra free gravy for our poutine. The burgers are so juicy and tasty not just my favourite burger place after this but for my entire family it is gonna be the favourite place m. I will recommend this place please try it if you haven’t yet.

Had a really great cheesy burger. Burger taste and quality was really good. Defiantly try if some how they can improve factory sauce that would make this burger really competitive. But overall experience was great
The service is very fast! Atmosphere is wonderful! And most of all delicious food! Cant wait to come back!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a burger with jalapeño poppers and they told me after I paid that they don’t have anymore jalepeno poppers. I asked for a refund they said no can’t give you refund so we’ll give you tornado fries and I said I don’t want them, they forced me to get the fries which weren’t the same price as the jalepeno poppers. Then refunded me $1 after arguing. The burger was disgusting. No sauce, no flavour and waited over an hour to eat that. Never returning.
My husband said he had the best burger ever. He was very impressed. Fries were good too however it could have been more cooked. The funnel cake was delicious. Cool factory themed interior. Free parking is available.
The food took awhile to make and it’s a bit pricey, but other than that the cheeseburger and fries were delicious!
