One of the best sports game viewing experiences I've ever had. Servers were attentive and attended to us every time we desired, Rajeev catered to all our special and unique food requests and amongst the busiest of crowds during a raptors game. The general manager and management also routinely made sure we were happy and out of all the large chain restaurants + bars that I visit, this is the only one that has made me want to come back.
Pasta Tuesday + March Kids Eat Free! …though pasta quality feels not as good as other BPs or even East Side Marios.…also had to drop a star as our second visit on Thursday was nowhere near as smooth as our order was missed (understandable though), waited long time for everything, and having two of three server/manager walk around maskless reminds us that we probably shouldn’t eat out right now, and probably never on weekends here due to busyness The pecan salad had iceberg middle hard bits too which was surprising.
Really disappointed with my recent visit to this location. Food quality has decreased which was still fine. The worst part was the service. Our server went ghost mode, we got our order after 30 min wait while people who came after us got served half time before us. Literally worst experience with every order we placed. Will never return to this location nor will recommend anyone going there. If however anyone ever plans to go there make sure to reserve a table prior over call and order while reserving the table LOL, maybe you will get food on time.
We guys had dinner last night. We ordered a nachos, pasta, pizza and a peach mango refill. We found a rubber band in the nachos. The nachos were baked in the oven so it is but obvious that the rubber should melt a bit but it wasn't melted which means the nachos weren't baked properly and there was a rubber right in the bottom of the plate. The dreadful part was that they charged us for the nachos they didn't even have the odesity to not charge us. We had to tell them that why should I pay for it. Also for the peach mango refill they denied that they won't refill it but on the menu it was written that they provide free refills for the specific drink we ordered! I never saw this worse customer service in my life. I hope Boston Pizza as a renowned Brand take some serious action on this and train their staff a bit of hospitality.
My girlfriend and I had dinner here tonight and it was an absolute pleasure to be served by Mike. He is the definition of perfect customer service. Mike is very friendly and attentive to all of his customers. We had such a great time that we kept ordering more food because of Mike’s presence. I just want to recognize his service and say that he’s an asset to this restaurant. We are definitely coming back to dine here again and hopefully get served by Mike again!
We have eaten here a few times. Great food and staff at this location. The new host is a very nice young man who made our experience even better! The restaurant is very clean and Covid protocol is being followed. I recommend this location over others. Well done!
Came in on family day and Leah was my server. She made the experience one of a kind. Very fast and efficient, very personable. I would come back just for her!! Food was good and I truly enjoyed my time :) thank you!!!
This review is based on take out orders. We ordered off their website and picked up our food with no issue (ready in 20 mins after completing order). Due to COVID restrictions, dine in was not an option. Food was hot and and very good. I have eaten at Boston Pizza over the course of several years (1st time ever getting food from this particular location though) and have always liked BP.
