I tried ordering here on Skip the Dishes. They accepted the order and the driver showed up there and then I got a call saying they didn't have the items we ordered. It's easy for restaurants to turn off items on Skip when they are out of them, and they should review the order before accepting it.I may try ordering again some time and if I actually get the food I want I will update my review to reflect the quality not just my experience.
Not sure why everyone’s complaining - if you’re ordering burgers or fries off of Uber Eats, that’s your problem. You’re bound to get poorer quality food because this stuff is meant to be eaten fresh - not 20-30 minutes later.Food + service while waiting was great. Ordered a big boy burger combo and a Philly cheesesteak. Everything was unbelievable fresh; fries were crispy, the Philly cheesesteak was the right amount of saucy, and the burger was cooked to perfection.I’ve ordered here before and my initial experience wasn’t great but the 2nd time I’ve come here and it was just right. Would highly recommend.
Ordered on Uber Eats today and both me and my sister got food poisoning. I ordered their deluxe poutine and the original burger. The burger was below mid and tasted like it was a frozen Patty which is shocking because the first time I got it, it tasted fresh and was juicy, not dry and hard. The poutine is what did us in i’m pretty sure. The bacon tasted funny to say the least. I couldn’t tell if it was beef bacon or normal bacon that’s how poor the quality is. Also, there was a small hair in the poutine, not sure how that got there. Definitely would not recommend extremely disappointed as my first experience here was good but now I don’t think I will be ordering from here again. Also, going through the reviews it seems this place deliberately servers old food. Once maybe twice you can write it off but just look at the reviews yourself.
Yummmm brown lettuce, half size COLD pouting. This place has seriously gone down hill. What a disappointment.
Such an incredible, juicy burger. I got 2 1/2 Pattie’s and it hit the spot. It was a big burger and exactly what I was looking for.On top of the amazing burger, the staff were awesome. The guy making the burger was great, and the lady that took my order tonight had some great personality and was super friendly.I will definitely be back!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Burger extremely undercooked. Absolutely disgusted to the point I had to throw up.
