Is this the best burger in Toronto? Yah, it could be. I wasn’t sure about the gimmick name but gave it a try. I got two burgers and was surprised. If you love garlic, and I do, you will love the garlic aioli they put on their burgers. The burgers are smash burger style and made fresh and taste real good. Possibly one of the best you can get in Scarborough. There might be better down town but you will pay double for those.The fries are perfect, I mean rarely do you find fries this good anywhere.The owner was a nice guy, very friends and super polite. Even offered an extra drink.My only problem was that they were not busy. It kind of gives you the impression of a dive joint. I’m sure when people discover this place there will be. A line out the door. As for the aesthetic it’s old school and I love, exactly what you would expect from an old school burger joint.
Sad to say but I did not like the burger I ordered. I'm being honest here from the food I got and I have no remarks about the staff. I've had thousands of burgers to compare. First things first, I would not recommend the bacon burger. It's not the typical bacon put on burgers, nothing wrong with that.. but for some reason mine tasted sour and left a bad taste in my mouth. Taken off, the burger was okay. Ground beef and cheese with Aioli sauce. Nothing to write home about. A solid 3/5 after the strange bacon debacle. The best thing about it was the bun.
The burger and fries are freshly made and you can taste the difference with the exceptional ingredients used. Great place to get food
We tried avenger's burger a few days ago and I really enjoyed the food there. The burger was fresh and tasty and everything was very well made. The fries and onion rings were also very good. They had deals for every day of the week and we got one of those deals. I highly recommend it to anyone that would like to try a good burger! :)
This place was amazing! A hidden gem. The burgers taste like they’re homemade and the ingredients were fresh. The gravy in the poutine was the bomb - delicious! I highly recommend checking this place out
On Monday my family decided to try out our new local burger joint- Avengers Burgers! All of our burgers were really juicy and tasty. The buns and toppings were fresh and delicious. The special sauce was out of this world! The owner was so lovely. He took pride in his food and it showed. The onion rings were so good and with their special sauce for dipping was great. We will be back soon! Love supporting local businesses and it’s nice to have a good burger spot so close to home!
Avengers Burger has re-opened on Brimley and Brimorton and my taste buds are happy again! Their burgers have got that nice tasty crust that only grilling on a flattop can provide and they offer an excellent portion of fresh handcut fries for combos. I also enjoy veggie burgers and their offering is done well too. To top it off their milkshakes come with an extra scoop of ice cream floating at the top of each shake. I will be eating my way through their menu for the rest of the Spring!
The Stark Burger with chicken is absolutely fantastic. The Earth Is Closed Today - which is the veggie burger is really good as well. I wish they didn't put too much of the sauce in the veggie burger though because my hands were dripping with sauce by the end. But overall really good!
The food wasn't bad. I ordered the Falcon burger, it was juicy but needed flavour like salt, pepper, maybe some mayo and ketchup. Best part of the meal were the fries. They were fresh cut and fried quite well. I'd give it a 3.5 stars.
