Love their milktea, and bubble tea. One of the best in the area. The lady owner is always cheerful. Beèf balls and squid balls very tasty. Today we tried the lamb skewer, it was very Very good ???
Great prices, great value. Annie is friendly fast and accommodating. I prefer to go here for my fruit smoothie bubble tea to support a small business owner. Their new lamb skewers are good.

Awesome little place to have bubble tea and a snack. I love their mango slush. It actually taste like your eating a mango. My son loves the curry fishballs. Annie is so down to earth and is really friendly. She even came out of the store to feed the seagulls with my son.

Amazing value and down to earth spot for fruit blended boba. So great to have a local store that focuses on great price and value. Have come here for years and is hands down the best spot to get real fruit slush. Does an impressive delivery on HK style cafe drinks too!
Actually a hidden GEM, something about their fruit slush tastes like when you first had Japanese fruit candy as a kid for the first time. It's truely amazing
