very clean friendly fast professional service. food is cooked fresh. i advise that you get seasoning on your fries when you order them. it kicks up the taste a notch
Probably one of the Best A&W I have been to, employees where polite, I had to use the wash room on my visit. It was actually nice to go in to a maintained and cleaned washroom.The food came out perfect temperature, tasted really good. Un like other A&W. my onion rings where cooked perfect and not burnt for once!!
I don't generally review fast food restaurants but I was so impressed with this location that I had to leave a review. This location is very clean, organized and the staff are very friendly. Ordered a spicy habanero burger and found that it was fresh and you could tell that they put the burger together with care and it wasn't drenched in sauce. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be back.
First time visiting.Had the Beyond Meat burger with double cheese and no onions, fries and medium coffee. Service was pleasant. Not that busy for 1:30pm on a Friday. There were 4 other customers waiting to pick their order up. Food was hot and delicious.There is no drive thru unfortunately, but this will not deter me from coming back.
Best fast food burger experience to date.The prime rib burger with caramelized onions and fried pickleswas very tasty and juicy, and the fries were fantastic and stayed hot. Onion rings are good but fall apart easily, and were a little greasy, but no big deal.
My visit on 4/23/22 was disappointing. The tumbler that my root beer was in was dirty. I initially thought that the spots or marks were flaws in the glass until I drank about halfway, then I realized that my drink was placed in a dirty tumbler. The second picture shows that it also had a chipped rim. I brought this to the attention of one of the women working there, who apologized and offered to get me more root beer. I declined because it wasn't about getting more or a refund. It was about cleanliness and maintaining a high standard. Also, the bathroom was very untidy. Sorry, A&W you used to be my favourite restaurant.
burgers and fries are good. good alt to the other major burger chains. used Uber eats but went in once. hooked on the root beer.
A&W Is the only fast food place that serves real breakfast and pancakes. This place is incredible. This location had a nice layout lots of windows and most importantly great staff. So friendly, sharp, professional. Thanks Mikee??
Just stopped by for lunch with my kids and had such a great experience. Staff were super friendly and got the order done super quick. I have multiple allergies and this place made me feel safe. Thank you for the best experience.
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! By far the rudest employees, lazy and try to talk you out of ordering things that could affect their wait time. Not to mention if you try to order through an app like ubereats or skip, the slow and lazy staff manipulate the app and request longer prep times, I had an order that they said would take 100 mins to make and deliver yet I live 10 minutes away. So Malvern a favour and move or sell the franchise to someone who will make the city proud and respectable.
