4 years ago staff was incredible now the chick that works here now does not wash her hand at any point when touching cash she came from the back who knows what she was doing there.
I hate that they make the people standing in front of them wait and wait while they tend to people in the drive thru who drove up later. It should be first come, first served. To add insult to injury they make you wait even after your order is bagged so it can get cold. They also have the person handling cash touching the food without washing hands ✋️ stop the madness!
Service and location are great. I personally find A&W poor value for your buck, but there is nothing wing with the service at this location.It's just a little bit in a gas station but has a perfect little drive through.
Ordered 2 teen burgers and both came with no cheese nor bacon.Mayo tastes sweet like if it is miracle whip, mayo should not taste sweet. Please use regular mayo, miracle whip is not the SAME.Never had issues with ordering food here. Not sure what happened but now I am going to have to start checking the contents of the food before I leave which is not ideal, I trust they can follow the instructions of the machine.
Absolutely inedible food...I ordered 2 mama burgers both of witch were cold, and tasted un-fresh. The lettuce was completely soggy and the burger patty didn't taste like the usual patty it tasted like the vegan patty. As you can see from the picture these are the burnt onion rings that I can't even eat.I'm hoping to get a refund on UberEats and if I do that'll be the only saving grace. I don't recommend ordering from here ever.This used to be one of my favorite restaurants as their quality was consistent. I think they hired new people and they don't know what they are doing or the pandemic has totally destroyed this place. Either way it's unacceptable.
it's not that the food is bad, it's that your staff don't even give the walk-in customers the chance to order. I came in on Saturday around 1:30 pm when I came in with my wife and son to grab something to eat before heading home I waited to order but was never greeted. I finally see a lady glance over, she comes up to the counter and says "just give me a minute." after waiting quite sometime and watching all the cars in drive thru continuetobe served while we wait to order we decided to skip and go to burger King! we normally don't use this location and my wife told me they take long but I was craving. next time I'll know better.
Burgers were well cooked, but tasted awful. Had yellow pickles with stems still attached. Genuinely looked like a garbage burger, so that is where it went! Only had a few bites, and later got sick.Never coming back.
Since i am a Vegan. I loved their Beyond Meat burger and Hash brown burger. One of the best thing by the restaurent. Also, staff was polite, welcomed me very well and time for delivery of food is also within estimation. Overall, i had a great one.
The best quality ingredients go into A&W food..unlike garbage and chemicals used at other fast food chains.. A&W and Chipotle are a 100 times better for your health compared to McD,BK n all..
I like the french fries so delicious generous people and the burger is so big very delicious generous people and the coopons save me a lots of money i well visit again and again.
