Way to long just to mess the whole order up. Attitude the whole way. Not coming back to this location
There's been many times that my order hasn't been fulfilled, alot of the orders I do is through skip the dishes and there's been many times where there was only 1 peice of bacon on my burger when it should have 2 especially if I'm paying for an add on I recently ordered 2 chicken wraps that was supposed to have bacon but neither one of them did I've already complained to skip the dishes twice but now I wanna leave my review personally cause I've had one too many bad experiences with this location
Onion rings and toppings were soggy, pop was warm. They screwed up the Uber Eats pick up order as well, got chocolate instead of apple pie and only 1 juice bottle instead of the 2 ordered. Won't be going back to this location...
Food was great. Clerk got order wrong twice (only customer).
Just tried this location for a coffee order and had a terrible experience:Downloaded the app last night to place a mobile order. Wanted a different option for the morning coffee run for the fellas. The app is cool as you can place the order from home and once you are close they begin your order. Placed the order DT Toronto making my way to Scarborough.Once I arrived they were aware of my order and asked me to drive up to the window. It was not ready so they asked me to wait a minute (no issue). I ended up waiting 5 minutes with nobody else in cue for service. Finally I am given 3 coffees but I ordered 4… 2 minutes later I get the fourth.Gave our the coffees and they are not hot!!! Why did I wait?? AND, they got 1 of the orders wrong. Too many issues so deleting the app and they’ve lost my business. I’d typically give a second shot before a review but too many errors. App has been deleted. Please fix your issues. This space is so highly competitive you can’t afford to give customers this type of experience. Thank you
They Have An Attitude And When Zhou Being Back Cold Food They Stare At You Like Your DUMB. One employee was being difficult. When I wanted to use a coupon. She kept explaining I couldn’t when it was The Same Burger Just A Different Sauce And Bun!! The Manager Was Confused When I Was Complaing!!!!!
I only get beyond meat from A&W. I tried the new jalapeño one and it was amazing! Definitely coming again
The staff is fast and friendly and food is great. The whole store including the gas station is busy but well run.???
For affordable fast food probably the best choice among them all.
I love it here I mean they have amazing burgers here. Every one should try it atleast once. The staff here is amazing. They are friendly and very helpful.
