Don't advertise Drive-Thru when you are at a mall. Got off the highway and came here as Google said there was Drive-Thru.Drove around looking for the thing, as it was listed as having Driv-Thru, and its inside the mall. That's not going to work... 1 star for poor attention to detail.
Overall staff is not rude but this place has some issues like the prices r higher then other a&w on some items and it's been 5 times ive been there on different timings even earlier in the day an since the coffee for 1$ promo is out they r always out of coffee! How come. Also as a corporate value i don't appreciate how it's not policy that they touch all your food with their hands without gloves or thongs . THATS DISGUSTING. This location also runs out of beyond several times. If they know something is more in demand should stock more of it. Food is always fresh tough and the whole wheat bun could be better without seeds in it. It also never puts the vegetarian burgers on a sale promo i think i only remember it 3 yrs ago.
Put up the right hours. Waste of my Time.Are your employees just lazy or slow or who's the one that isn't doing there job. Sais your open till 9. Security at mall says people come all the time after closing because you guys ha e wrong hours up. Said it's been like that since he's worked there. Who isn't doing there job or does just nobody care.
Pleasant staff, efficient service and tasty food. Value meals are a great option for those on a budget and want a quick snack.

Franchisees have the same prices but they charge me extra $1.20 for 7-grain bun. When I asked the manager Joanne she said we charge extra at this branch. I don’t understand the reason why. I have never paid extra for substituting a 7-grain bun instead of regular. Moreover, customer service is too bad. They overcharge and throw the receipt in the garbage without asking. I have to wait for 10 minutes to get the receipt. I am never visiting this branch again and same I will suggest to others.
Came for breakfast and ordered 2 All Canadian. Two people behind me got their orders first and one being same order as mine. It took almost 20 minutes to get my order.
What a disorganized mess this location is. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for my order. They gave me my drink right away, so by the time I got my food, it was warm and the pop was flay, my fries were warm and tasted stale, only the burger was decent.There are plenty of food options at the mall, I won't be returning to this location. There us NO reason a customer should have to wait almost 20 minutes for food.
This spot is great and spacious, the menu was yummy and the prices were very economical. quickly, productive service and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
